Great overnight spot. Easy to pull in and out. Even while they are under reconstruction. I did not use any facilities. God bless.

Was very disappointed when we arrived, RV park looks nothing like pictures on the website. There is no outside lighting for safety or to see how to hook up. We had to drive around to find our site because they had no check in instructions or map. Bathroom/shower room was dark and dirty. It was super noise from traffic on both sides and a train of course every other hour. This place definitely needs alot of TLC and a website update so travelers know what they are signing up for.

Our surge protector detected voltages of 160-165 Volts, which is high enough to fry electronics and start fires. When we contacted the campground manager they didn’t seem surprised and didn’t take any steps to fix the problem. Instead of coming to check the power, they casually mentioned it might be our meter. We ended up staying the night for half price without any utilities. Don’t recommend.

This was a great spot for a night on my way home. The site was open, clean and easy to hook up to water and electric. Of no fault of the owners, this is on a very busy train line. Ear plugs were a must for me.

No need for an alarm clock a train goes by every 2 hrs. If you can sleep through that there a road on every side that people love to rev motorcycles and trucks on all night. Don’t be fooled by flashy website this place is a dump.

This place really exceeded my expectations. I am giving 5 stars based on feeling safe, decent place to walk dogs, quiet, very clean rest rooms with hot showers and amazing water pressure. I was a little apprehensive when we saw long term residents but I've never seen so many quiet people. We stayed 2 nights and was so comfortable here I could have spent more. A very good value and good vibes. Would gladly stay again.

On our way to Goodyear Az from Central Missouri for a few months. Stopped here enroute for an overnight stay. The manager was very helpful and the sites were pull throughs with full hookups. Extremely convienent located Right off the highway. The shower/bathroom was very clean. This is a basic rv park with no pool or hot tub so, my rating is due to convience, cleanliness and customer service. Honestly, Twenty two dollars a night and super quiet. Next time we will probably schedule a longer stay and explore the area.

Great shower. Traffic and train noise a little much but all in all a good place. Word of warning:. If you have a dog to walk they will get stickers in their paws.

This was an overnight stay on our way across country. We stopped for gas a mile before we got here and when we stepped out we discovered that a large window in our fifth wheel was blown out!! So when we got to this park we were greeted by the owner who asked what happened. We told him that we didn't have a clue, that we had just seen it! Now we have 3 dogs and glass was EVERYWHERE in our unit. So while I kept the dogs occupied outside my husband started attempting to clean up all that glass. Not fun. And did I mention that it was cold? We arrived at dusk and it dropped to 22 degrees that night. Then the RV guy walks back over with a huge Amazon box for us! It was almost an exact fit for the window!! It was so appreciated!!! My husband got it all taped up using RV underbelly tape and he wedged a pool noodle behind each valance to hold it in place. So I want to shout out to the nice man that brought us that box! Thank you! A nice overnight spot with a thoughtful owner.
