This was a beautiful RV park! Well maintained, nice spacious and level sites. It was very convient and easy to get to Dos Equis concert venue in Dallas for our event. Nicely secure with the electronic gate. Staff were SO welcoming (with cookies even)! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

I’ve been a resident at this park just under 2 years & I must say, I LOVE this park! There’s plenty of space between the lots, the grass is always maintained & the sites kept trimmed. I love the swimming pool, the hot tub & the staff is very courteous. Even the office/store has so many items from food, candy, drinks & RV repair & maintenance items & the prices aren’t even marked up! There are 5 bathrooms & a laundry room with 5 clothes washers & 10 dryers. I’m allowed to receive my mail & have access to get packages at the clubhouse area 24/7. I appreciate everything the staff does to keep this park safe & enjoyable to live here. They even communicate via email whatever’s going on around the park, whether it’s a power outage or preparing for freezing weather, they are on top of it. Thank you for all you do!

This place is seriously the best! We stayed here for over a year and never had any issues that weren’t resolved relatively quickly. The entire main building here is very nice and welcoming. Loved that the main portion of it is accessible 24/7 and always available to shelter in in case of storms. We loved the shop here and used it all the time as well. The bathrooms/showers are a good size and everything is cleaned very routinely. All of the staff here are absolutely amazing and very helpful! Only complaint is we had to leave!

We are not sure which Bluebonnet Ridge that Tari reviewed, but it certainly isn’t the same one we’ve been going to since 2016. We first stayed there when we saw that Texas Monthly labeled it a “little known jewel”. The staff and residents are universally friendly and helpful. The spots are level. If an issue arises with a spot it is handled expeditiously. Potholes? Yes there are some at times that are brought about by north Texas weather. They’re easy to dodge until they are repaired. Facilities are great, staff is polite and helpful, and the manager is a patient lady. We are in Florida now on the coast with a beautiful view. But we’re looking forward to getting back “home” in a few weeks. You will not go wrong with BBR.

I typically don't want to share about the hidden gems...so they can stay hidden. But, this place deserves the rating! The customer service is absolutely amazing and they are always so so friendly. Because of traffic, we showed up SUPER late to check in (11:30pm) and we were stuck out at the gate and forgot the code. They showed up and unlocked the gate for us - even helping us find our spot! They have clean concrete pads for weekly and gravel for monthly. Everything is SUPER clean at this park. The grounds team and front desk workers do an outstanding job of making this "rv park" feel like a resort or a home away from home. If you decide to book a stay anywhere else in the area, if it isn't here- you are wasting your time. The pool, workout room, basketball/tennis courts, dog park, camp shop and spacious spots are clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best RV parks in TX. Terrell is a sprawling town with many good eateries. The park has new laundry facilities, activity center, pristine grounds and facilities and most importantly a concrete pad! The grounds include a few tiny homes architecturally noteworthy and a lake. Hint the swans are fake.

Awesome RV park to stop at! We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but we enjoyed our time here and were pleasantly surprised. Communication was easy and hassle free for our slightly late check in. They even left out cookies with our paperwork! The kids really enjoyed them. The park was very clean and well maintained. We liked that the pool stayed open later so we were able to enjoy it after arriving (so many RV parks close them too early). Would definitely stop here again.

Beautiful RV park and a great value! Tons of amenities, gated and very friendly staff! A+ customer service and overall experience. We highly recommend this! We are finishing a trip across the country and this was the best place we stayed the entire way!!

Extremely friendly staff...Becky welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies and made a suggestion for a local restaurant (Texas Steak & Grill - good dinner with plenty of leftovers for the next night). The sites are roomy with a concrete pad. Bathrooms are clean and nice. The pool and hot tub made for a relaxing evening. The tv stations came in great through the antennae.
