Clean bathroom and showers. RV hookup is good and grassy sites. Went post season so can't really comment on campgrounds amenities, like swimming, normal summer campground activities. Water in pond was low and looked a little green not suitable for swimming at this time. About half the campers look to have been unmoved or cleaned for at least ten years. One camper had plywood over window, assuming it was broke. Alot of cats maybe 50+ running around with some residents feeding them by dumping cat food on their decks. Overall, seems more like a rundown trailer park. Staying only for a weekend to take grandkids to Toledo zoo.

This place is great, especially on a holiday. They do all kinds of events and different things down at the hall. There's a big pond for fishing or swimming, catch and release. It's absolutely beautiful out here and peaceful for the family

Great spot. I knew the guys that use to run this place. I built them there office in the front and they were great to work with.

Definitely a campground that could use some work. Social media is practically non-active so you don’t know what’s going on from week to week. I would like to see holiday ceremonies (flag raising, parades..), contests like yard Yahtzee and corn holes announced. A schedule would be helpful and probably bring in more people. The only thing that is posted are bands. People don’t clean up after their dogs or themselves at the fishing pond. People don’t keep dogs on a leash. We didn’t find most people friendly. They block the streets like it’s their right and don’t apologize when you have to wait for them to finish a conversation or pull around them in the grass if that’s even possible. Store is practically empty, definitely should be stocked with essentials. They didn’t even have butter the first weekend we were here, not sure about this weekend. Wood was not available Sunday night Memorial Day weekend. That definitely should always be stocked. Owner is nice and friendly, his friend that helps him run the place is awesome as well. I just think Ray definitely needs help managing the place. I’m giving a 4 overall but honestly some areas could rate lower.
