The bathrooms altered super clean and so were the roomy showers with private dressing areas which had nice solid locking doors each not just curtains. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying there again. I had stayed here on my way to Canada then again 5 days later on my way back. I needed to do late check in both days but it was no problem with all the information I needed left in the front part of the office and store. I had to leave early the first time do to a family emergency, and I was so glad to be able to stay the whole night the 2nd time and enjoy the great showers again in the morning.

This is a nice campground. Bathrooms could be cleaner, but they work. People who live here for longer stays are all respectful and looks like they keep their sites clean and orderly. We would use this campground again if passing through the area.

We just returned home from our first weekend stay here. We were extremely impressed with the campground. The sites were level and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. It is close to town. We took our e-bikes out for daily rides to explore the town of Bluffton. We will definitely be back next year!

We have been here before. Always enjoyed the heated pool being open late into October. We arrived Sept. 26th to find the pool closed, water had been drained. Ok. Needed ice Saturday to find the office/campstore closed. Never did open. Site was nice and we still had a good time.

We have been coming here since 2012 and stay at least a month - one Covid year we stayed 3 months. We LOVE the managers, the pool, spacious camp sites, weekend/holiday activities - everything!! We journey several times a week to the Allen Co Library in Ft. Wayne that has the largest genealogy collection east of the Mississippi River. A perfect place to unwind and relax. Then this year happened. 2025. The laundry. Ugh. From 4 washers to 1 and 4 dryers to 3 and apparently no A/C. I spent 3 days trying to get laundry done. No luck. Backed up every day. I’m sitting at a commercial laundromat in town, tied to my chair, watching my laundry spin for an egregious $3.50 per load. Worst KOA laundry ever. You can’t have a campground the size of this one and run it on one washer. Three of the four (one is totally gone) predate our first visit. Time for an upgrade or campers will go elsewhere. People with kids have to do laundry and one washer is not enough.

Great place to take your family on a camping trip. Very safe for children & pets, friendly people. Clean pool! Pricing is very reasonable for weekend and seasonal.

A lot of permanent rvs. Much like a trailer park. Otherwise clean and nice. Not homey like a regular campground. Nice camp store and pool area though. If you're into the weekend beer drinking guys, then great. If you're looking for family and kids, go elsewhere.

We usually have a good experience here. But this last weekend was not so good! The pictures can really tell the story. I'd say if the employees were hired to smile and ride golf carts, then they are doing their job. This property needs a real deep cleaning. The showers smell like urine and there is trash all over the property. The bathrooms were not tended to from Friday till Sunday. They were really gross. I cleaned it up Saturday morning. But no one refilled supplies or cleaned them the whole time. I expect a lot more when I pay $150 to stay somewhere. The pool area was trashed. There was broken furniture, torn up pool noodles and trash all over the place. The water looked really cloudy. It is usually crystal clear. It is sad that such a nice place is treated so poorly, and even more sad that employees aren't reacting to the messes.

Very nice place with big sites. Just wish they would improve the road into the park.

Run by some of the most amazing people I have met. They truly try to make sure this campground is an oasis from the world.
