Blythe Island Regional Park Campground
Blythe Island Regional Park Campground is located in Brunswick, Georgia, on the southeastern coast of the state. We stopped at this park to stretch our legs and were pleasantly surprised at its beauty. There is a bathroom area with sign to follow to a really lovely well marked nature trail in which we saw armadillo, deer and rabbits! Beautiful water views near the playground area as well. Campgrounds and RV camping looked amazing. Highly recommend !

Great campground. It's an hour and a half drive for us so this will be our new go-to campground for quick weekend trips. Friendly rabbits, plenty of deer and beautiful bobcats.

Beautiful campground with plenty of wildlife. Full hookups with 30/50 service spots available. They also have cable and WiFi which is a real surprise for a state or county park. Access to both fresh and salt water fishing. The kids enjoyed the swimming area that has a small beach. We stayed 3 nights during the week and the park was fairly empty. Really enjoyed our stay. There is a paper mill nearby. We never smelled anything, but I would imagine it would sometimes. Also some of the back in sites are challenging. I don’t recall seeing a price difference for lakeside, but there must be because they were empty while we were here. We will visit again, but I’ll call for reservations to get lakeside.

We have RV’d at this campground a couple of times. People are so nice. Rabbits all over that are super friendly. We fed them spinach and they love it. Had some night time friends that came to check us out too. So be aware of the Armadillo and raccoons. They love to play around the campers but never bothered us. We’ve also had a company picnic here and it was a wonderful time.

My husband and I stayed here for one night as a stop while traveling. We absolutely loved it! We did the primitive camping and were very pleased with the site we had. We had plenty of space and it’s a beautiful location. We also enjoyed the bunnies and wildlife very much! The staff are also very friendly! We will be back!
