We have traveled all over Florida and this place is by far the worse place we have stayed at. This is a mobile home/trailer park and it’s full of run down trailers. First the lot was extremely unlevel and very difficult to get our unit in. The lot had a faulty electric pedestal which was reported to the office 3 times and we did not hear from anyone about fixing the problem. We ended up using the electric on the lot next door. We also left 2 messages for the after hours number and we also never got a response. We also asked for a picnic table to no avail. Also the water was off 3 times in 5 days. The park is dirty and the only trash cans are at the end of the park. We ended up leaving 3 days early just to get out. We have a very nice unit and take excellent care of it and refuse to stay in such a low budget place. I’m sure they don’t care and will not offer any refunds. I hope if you are reading this true and factual review you will think twice about staying at Boardwalk if you value your unit. Thank you and please think twice.

We were looking for a great place to park our motorhome for the night so we could go to the Everglades. The Boardwalk did not disappoint! Sites were extra spacious and the escort staff to our site were helpful when backing in. Ms. Jamie in the office was outstanding and answered all my questions over the phone. The reviews here are not that great so I was skeptical. The gated community was safe and we will stay there again when in the area. I’m not sure what happened for folks to leave a 1 star review but we give it 5 stars without hesitation. We did not use any of their amenities but the grounds were well kept and a beautiful location.

They market this as an RV Park but it's a mobile home park. We needed a spot to stay one night before we headed to the keys and this was our last resort since our Harvest Host location cancelled. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The maintenance guy was very nice but the sights are squeezed together and some are not kept up well.

The best place I have ever been. They have rules which keeps it nice and peaceful for everyone. They don’t let people park on the roads, they don’t allow them to party til 3/4am like most campgrounds in the Key’s. They have a gate which was great it had a code to get in and out. The laundry room is clean the bathhouse is clean, the pool is clean, the playground is clean. They have staff who keeps everything tidy.

We stayed here 2 nights to see Biscayne before heading to the Keys. The amenities were very disappointing- we didn’t even have a picnic table at our site, no net at volleyball court, only one pool stick that could be used that was taped together and the fitness room is a stretch. This is mostly a mobile home park with some temporary spots. Our favorite part was walking around to see the beautiful landscaping in front of some of the units.
