I rented the 10 pines lot this weekend and I just wanted to start off by saying thank you for allowing us to stay. But that being said we did have some problems when we first arrived to the site the bathroom sink was left running and then when we went to cook dinner the stove did not work so we called maintenance and a young kid came he said he was 21, and said he was off shortly and couldn’t help us with the stove or the water so he would come back in the afternoon on Saturday. So for the first night we couldn’t have a shower or use the stove and the state the bbq was left for us was horrible so we used our own little burner and left the bbq alone. The kid came later into the day on Saturday and gave us another propane tank to help us with cooking since nothing worked in the house for the first night.
