We spent a week here in a 40ft Class A dp. The campground and sites are gorgeous. We used the laundry and we took an airboat ride. Such an amazing place. Gated community that felt very safe. We had lots of birds to view.

Love all the trees but be careful with rv , big moss oak tree branches are over road ways. The updated sites/premium sites are nice. But the back section of park is run down, the full time residents are allowed to leave their area trashy, cluttered. The sites and campers look like an old run down mobile home park vs a rv resort. Mainly full time residents, not a rv resort/campground vibe. Staff at office were always very nice and helpful. Good location to Nona lake area shopping and restaurant. Lots of road construction while we were in area so took extra long to get anywhere, no fault of rv resort. First visit to pool, we left was way too busy, was rented out for party. 2nd visit to pool had few people smoking in pool, they were in water smoking, making alcohol drinks from cooler on side of pool while in water. Music loud from their personal radio has if everyone else wanted to listen. Very disrespectful smoking in pool, I am sure any establishment dont allow smoking within the fenced pool area. I understand ok to drink at pool in water but get out and go to your table to make mixed drinks. I understand people actions are not the rv resort control, but to up hold rules, and safety. Seen at least one drug deal, in middle of campground and possible others. If you stay in front area and don’t have much interaction with some of the individuals this seems like a nice park. Think common sense but people don’t clean out drier lint when done maybe signs are needed on laundry room equitte. They were very accommodating when we had to extend our stay a couple times.

My 3 stars is because this park is beautiful but not being properly maintained. Visited with 3 other couples. 2 large class a motorhomes and a fifth wheel some of the roads in the park are impassable due to tree overgrowth. Each of us had to run through wet soggy grass nearly getting stuck to get out of our sites. The store has no supplies. Such a pretty part of Florida just not properly maintained. The back part of the park is full of permanent residents that is well just that a lot of clutter and debris all over the area.

It's a beautiful RV park with small cabins and on-site RVs ft or rent. Contains both short term and long term rentals. Site range from your basic size to oversize spacious. Reasonable amenities to include a big pool, community pergola and fire pit. Location is convenient with many available restaurants and stores.

Amazing place to go for some down time. Great cabins. Clean bath houses. They have an amazing staff. Airboat rides, lovely pool with a game area for the kids. The little Airstream serves up some of the best cheese sticks I have ever had.

East Toho Resort is a gem! Literally a great place to relax. I stayed in a cabin with my Grandkids. The cabins were nice and bed linens were clean. If you plan to cook, I suggest bringing a small disposable grill as there was only a microwave and a toaster oven. There is plenty of parking spaces at and around the cabin. I brought my boat and was well accommodated.

I just had the pleasure of staying in one of the adorable cottages available on the property. It was so spacious and had all the wants & needs- it even had a Keurig 🙌🏼 AND FREE WIFI!! It was so nice and convenient to only be 15minutes from the airport, and about 30 minutes from Disney, Icon Park, etc. Nothing better than being out enjoying all the things all day and only driving a short distance to your own little cottage to collapse on one of the comfy beds so you can do it all again the next day! All the employees we encountered were so pleasant and we felt super safe with the guard at entrance every night! We had a blast and cannot wait to visit again! 10/10 highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient and safe place to stay in the area!

I recently stayed at a vacation rental cottage just a short drive from Orlando, and it was an excellent experience! The location was incredibly convenient, with all the major attractions super close! After traveling all day with kids it was amazing being 15 minutes from the airport !The cottage itself was so cute! It was spacious and clean, offering plenty of room to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest, and the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus for staying connected. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!

The location was perfect for our trip. My son and I came down for the Orlando Open Lacrosse tournament and we were 5 minutes from the fields. The price was great too. There were a few minor housekeeping things I noticed with the room & we didn’t get to utilize any amenities which is why I have the 4/5 stars. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here if we come to that tournament again.

Check in was hassle free. Love that they are truly pet friendly. The Resort is quite and everyday I see new things that are being done to renovate the resort. I can’t wait for the new pool to be up and running! It’s in a perfect location to everything even the highway.

Very overgrown. No amenities. Site was covered in mud and broken pieces of glass. Cable didn't work. Just bad as a RV stop. At check in they asked for every bit of personal paperwork. I had to make a note with our Identity Theft team to note them. They wanted ownership, insurance, license, photo ID and signatures on multiple papers. Which they kept physical copies of. So, if there are any attempts to steal credit card info or anything else they will be the 1st one mentioned to authorities. 2 stars for being quiet and convenient location to Orlando.

We were worried because of the negative reviews, but booked it anyway. This place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The people are friendly, trailer spaces are very spacious. You are underneath a canopy of old oaks and Spanish moss. It's very beautiful.

The check in process has issues, number one and most importantly they put your credit card information down on paper, I emailed it when I booked the reservation and then upon my arrival I had to fill it out on paper once again, most people that own a business and take credit cards know that it is a violation to keep credit card information on paper, once you get past this process the rest of the park I would give four stars to they’re in the process of improving the pads you can see they are doing the right things to make it a nice place, I would stay again but I would not and did not provide my credit card data on paper

Not well lit at night, lots of dirt around the RV sites, pool being renovated and sites being updated. No propane available. People were great
