Well they close at 8 and we showed up 830 pm . They have a phone I picked it up and the lady said look at the bulletin board they had one room left the key was in the door. Come down pay in the morning. Giant room lil fridge microwave and comfortable. Nice and quite warm room. If you had to leave before they opened at 8 am they had forms there to fill out your info and credit card information. They would charge you after you leave. Not far from Dawson City they also had a RV park electric bike rentals . Off season so those things were closed . When I checked out had use of an atm and souvenir shop too. 139$ for the night .

Had the opportunity to stay here one night. The self check in option is outstanding for those of us who decide to get a few more kilometers in. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Dawson City

Showers were nice and clean. Spaces were equivalent to any other RV part. A little road noise but it quiets down at night. Perfect if you have a bike to ride into town as we did for dinner and a late night under the midnight sun!

Great service. I had an issue with hot water at 6:30 am and someone came up to my room and showed me how to get it. The hot and cold markings on the shower faucets were reversed. There was a notice posted in the bathroom but I hadn’t noticed it. Clean rooms, friendly service and very short drive to downtown Dawson City.

Offers a variety of RV/Tent camping with or without services. Prices are reasonable and sites have their own small picnic table. Laundry, showers for a small fee. Washroom open 24hrs
