Borden’s Bridge is a wonderful spot for fishing and relaxing in a peaceful, natural setting. The river view is beautiful, and it’s quickly becoming a popular destination for both fishing enthusiasts and people who simply want to enjoy the outdoors. I’ve visited for fishing, and it’s a great place to spend a few hours or even a full day. That said, there’s definitely potential to make this location even better. A few improvements could go a long way, such as creating proper parking spaces so visitors can park without blocking access, adding sidewalks for safety and accessibility, and setting up a few well-placed viewpoints or benches for people who just want to enjoy the scenery. These upgrades would not only make the experience more comfortable for locals but also attract more tourists who are looking for a scenic, well-maintained fishing and picnic spot. Overall, it’s a lovely location with charm and natural beauty, and with a little investment in infrastructure, it could become one of the top fishing and sightseeing destinations in the area.

Nice clean camp campground that was really quiet and affordable. We camped in a tent and other than a little bit of highway noise it was silent. Nice staff and the cleanest washroom of any campground we’ve ever stayed at and that’s a lot. Great spot to spend the night.

It's is an amazing place to stay with a great view of the river, but we were not informed that, yes sights have power but every plug in on the camp ground is a 240 volt not a regular 120 volt. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond when and if you needed anything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Borden Bridge campground, close to Highway 16. The restrooms and showers are very well maintained with friendly service. Nice quiet area with only the occasional noise coming from the highway. We were tenting, so we didn't use much else of this facility. If you're planning some fishing on the river ...be ready for some hiking on mostly rocky terrain.

Really beautiful location. The manager/(owner?) is super kind and friendly, and my last minute booking was very smooth. The bathrooms are incredibly clean, I don't usually expect much from a campground bathroom, but even the glass shower doors were spotless. The grounds are very well maintained. The only downside we found was that sounds from the nearby bridge tended to travel along the river, so if your vehicle doesn't block sound well you might want to choose a spot further back in the trees. The manager/(owner?) mentioned that they are putting more trees around the riverside area so this might not be an issue later in the year.
