We had such a great weekend of camping for our 3rd wedding anniversary and our puppy’s 3rd birthday. We stayed in a rustic cabin. We loved how friendly the owners and staff were. The blaring train was a hit for our baby girl golden-doodle. She LOVES Choo-choo trains and having them right across from our Cabin where she could watch it was an excitement for her every time it blew by! Thank you for giving us a fabulous weekend and our new go to campground!

Beautiful place and setting with wonderful staff. Our two boys enjoyed the pool, jumping pillow, mini golfing and pedal carts. Things that we didn’t enjoy: mosquitoes, small camp sites (picnic table in close range to neighboring sewage drain), sewage drain and fresh water valve are next to each other, and like everyone else has mentioned the Trains; non stop train horns all day and night. The campground is beautifully positioned in a small valley that unfortunately creates a sound tunnel for the blaring sound of the trains that go by as frequent as every 20 minutes, do not underplay this fact, we were happy to leave to enjoy some peace and quiet elsewhere. 🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂

Visited this campground over the 4th of July weekend and had a blast. Stayed thursday through sunday. The place has a nice pool and plenty of things to do including putt putt golf. They had alot of activities through out the day to keep us entertained. We visited from iowa city iowa and will be back.

Quiet campground, small sites, needs a good cleaning and freshen up with paint. Pool was great but needs to be cleaned more often.

Really great campground! Awesome amenities such including new pool area, mini golf, playgrounds, sand volleyball, onsite restaurant, camp store and many flavors of hard scoop ice cream! We were there over Labor Day weekend and they had TONS of activities all weekend.

No pitbulls allowed!?!? Just booked for a weekend in September and was called by an employee to say they don’t allow certain breeds of dogs (pitbulls, Rottweilers, etc) and there are only 2 dogs allowed per site. I guess we will never be camping there. And it doesn’t list any of this information on the website. It says it’s pet friendly. Doesn’t seem friendly to my pets…
