The man & woman that oversee the property are rude. Idk if they truly care about the property or the long term campers! Currently rent is $475 per mo. The amenities that are to be included is free cable, free WiFi, a swimming pool, electricity, water sewage, on-site laundry and most recently an old small bldg for social events (new since junk was removed and cleaned up a couple months ago). You're lucky if they answer phone during office hours! The WiFi came over on Noah's ark and leaves much to be desired. The pool never opened in 2021 and Covid 19 was not the reason. There's no heat in the public restrooms and a window missing in the men's room. The cable is fine thus far. They finally installed security lights outside the restrooms for campers that may frequent the restrooms during night time hours. I'm not certain if the people in the office care or if they notify property owner about issues!

The owner greets you when you walk into the office with a scowl on his face, he seems permanently angry about everything even when receiving money. So you’re received as if you are an inconvenience to his day. The spaces might be decently wide and quiet if you are all the way in the back of the park, but that's where the positives end. The pool has been empty and unusable for at least 8 months, supposedly this is because of a lack of paint, yet who drains their pool in Florida at the start of the summer season? The gym doesn’t exist, the “pavilion” is a bug-filled storage room, unusable for anything. Any encounter with either of the two manager / owners will start with them yelling at you, cussing, or just accusing you of violating a rule that you didn't know exist (b/c the woman seems to make up rules as she sees fit) Roads in the park are barely paved, sites are not at all. Parked in thin grass or sand which tracks EVERYWHERE, and loaded with fire ants. The natural environment I could mostly forgive though, as it is typical for Florida. Under heavy rain the property floods, but also drains almost instantly when the rain stops. Also typical for Florida. There is no excuse for the angry attitudes of the manager and owner. It wasn't like that started after some offense - it was never otherwise. Water pressure in the park is almost nonexistent - 25psi was the HIGHEST I saw, and it takes nearly an hour to fill up a 100 gallon tank, the only way to have any decent water is to use your onboard system. Power seemed surprisingly stable given the condition of the park. One border of the park is a busy US-17, two other borders seem to be against rural housing - except there is also the CONTINUAL sound of ATVs or off-road vehicles from an adjacent property revving engines all day long even in the rain. I guess there is an unmarked "muddin" spot near here. The other guests in the park are friendly and quiet, this seems to be overwhelmingly a blue-collar permanent or long-term resident park. That part is fine by me, everyone needs to live somewhere and I'm nobody to judge. But with the attitude issues of management.... If you aren't looking to stay long-term for cheap, there's really not much reason to look here.

Avoid this place if you can. Bathrooms are marginal and have holes in screens, letting in bugs (mosquitoes). Pool is empty. Management is rude. Water pressure is low. Mosquitoes everywhere. This camp ground caters to long term stays and only had 4 spaces for transients. This camp needs general refurbishment. We won't return.

Not easy to maneuver in and out, needs a little TLC otherwise a good place to park and rest a night or two.
