This is our second time staying here at the campground. It was awesome as always. We even had a surprise firework show.

Beautiful park, friendly staff, security officers are around, so you feel very safe, lots of very well maintained walking trails

Very nice and quiet place and lots of wildlife. We stay there to visit family and like the campground. I gave it 4 stars because some sites are not level, tree limbs need to be trimmed, and the bath houses could use some updating.

Loved it! We stayed in spot 121 for the record. Perfect spot and it was a beautiful drive from Katy. What more is there to say? We'll be back! :)

This is a beautiful park. Fishing, camping, cabins. Everyone I spoke with at the park was so nice. The grass is green, maintained nicely. If you want a calm relaxing get away whether fishing or not, this is definitely the place. The cabins are beautiful with a refrigerator, stove and microwave (no oven) that's ok. I learned to cook biscuits on the stove 😉. Check it out and have fun 😊.

Very nice Park and Camp grounds! Would recommend to anyone looking for spot in the Edna TX area. We have enjoyed the wildlife and park, would come back for a stay again, if in the area. If you like peace and quiet, and a great camping spot, this is the place to go!

We stayed on the Brackenridge side ( Jan20-March 11th, in 2 different sites. This is a great park, quiet with natural beauty and wildlife, very well maintained and the staff of great. The only down side I can see was the extreme wind forever howling through the lake area and the general layout putting most sites in circles exposed to the constant wind ( great for summer but not in the winter) . If you go in the winter, choose a site as far away from the water as you can get, or go to the Texana side. We started in lot 76( the map is not correct, this lot is almost perfectly broad side to the lake) in 30 days , we had 4 calm days. One day the wind was so severe we couldn’t open our RV door. Plus this circle of sites is on a bit of a peninsula sticking out in the lake with no wind break. We moved back to a different site for the last 3 weeks and were much happier without the wind. By no means any fault of the park, but something to consider. Most lots have nice large trees. There is washer/dryer in shower buildings 1 and 3 . Building 1 has the better washer/dryer, building 3’s set needs maintenance but still a nice feature to have. Bring your own change. We felt safe and secure the entire time, 0 issues. We would go to this park again , but would consider the lot orientation carefully.

This place is pretty cool. My brother and sister-in-law are wintering here, and I went out and spent a weekend. RV spots are spaced out pretty far, so it's pretty quiet. The lake is nice, and there's a ton of wildlife to see.
