We have enjoyed this park, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Id say this is whiskey’s favorite campground to walk and look for wildlife. Very quiet and peaceful park on the lake. Don’t get better then that. Looking forward to coming back in the summer time to enjoy the water!

I've lived here for 4 years. Never ever had a problem. It's a clean place and relaxing atmosphere. Beach area is clean and well maintained. The new landlords are awesome people. If you have a problem, they will be there to help you out. We now have a dog park for your babies and plans for other things to go up. Bring your family and enjoy peaceful surroundings.

I have been here since April. I love it here. I love the community, it’s very family oriented. As the “new” landlords have taken over, things are improving even more. More amenities are coming in as we speak. They just finished our dog park too. Love it here I truly do. I have recently found out I’m pregnant, and I’m trying to find a bigger camper just so I can stay in the community here. I love the the owners kids who have started taking over. Absolutely great people! Paw Paw said he loves it here!!!

The owner of the property was a very sweet old man was very respectful and kind but his grown kids moved back to take over the park bc they wanted the money that comes from it bc the land is paid off all they have done is push people away cussed me and my fiancé out just last night the landlord’s daughter evicted me and my fiance after she hit my fiancé and tried to beat her head against out car needless to say this place has gone down hill if I was you don’t ever go there these people are crazy and will hurt you

Has horrible water pressure, landlords daughter laid hands on me for absolutely no reason at all other than she was drunk, my dog was bitten and attacked and I got almost evicted for it, smells like sewage, rude owners, people ride around and watch you 24/7, no lights, no service unless WiFi, cannot have more than two vehicles and if one is broken (oil pressure, tire flat, any recent accidents being handle) and your in the process of getting it fixed/handled they tell you to drop it off at “Walmart” and cuss you out for it… they disrespect you and choke your dog out, has had things stolen/broken. Cars broken into, boat has stolen, etc. you have absolutely NO privacy whatsoever, people stand around and walk around your lot 24/7. Beach area has nails broke glass and no lights. 400$ a month changed recently to 450$ and you pay for your own WiFi, Power, and water if you wash your cars/camper with it. Random junk cars and boats sitting around but God forbid your car had a broke mirror it has to be replaced or it’s an “Eyesore” stated from Devon the landlords Son. I would not recommend. Always trash being burnt near the camping site so there’s the smell of burning trash. No dogs allowed other then service dogs at the beach/lake area. But that rule changes every other weekend depending on how the new “landlord” feels. There are people constantly smoking marijuana in the area so if your uncomfortable with that definitely don’t stay or live here. Cannot park in front of your own camper only beside it and that’s a rule they decided one day after yelling at a new tenant for no reason about on a random Wednesday. Original landlord was an amazing/ kind older man his children have taken over and now have ruined the entire place in the last month 5 people have left.
