A hidden gem just minutes outside of Buffalo or Niagara Falls, NY. Nestled off the 190 Thruway in Grand Island, NY is this quaint, quiet campground which can accommodate campers, recreational vehicles, and those looking for a quick getaway in cottages. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and professional. We found the other patrons respectful and to accommodate quiet hours. I will definitely return.

We camped with a 39' fifth wheel. Plenty of room to get to and into our spot. Sites are big enough that you don't feel like you're intruding on your neighbor. Every staff member we had contact with was super friendly and helpful. We had mechanical issues while traveling and limped into the park. The staff was able to recommend a local repair guy that performed a miracle in 4 hours having to fabricate and redo our trailer suspension. Without that recommendation, our stay would have been stressful and spent looking for someone to do the difficult job he did. This was all thanks to the girl at the front desk when we checked in. At one point I was walking back to my site with wood and an employee driving by in a cart stopped and gave me a ride the rest of the way without me asking. Great employees happy to be there. Very clean park! Plenty of fun to be had for the kids as well. Great location if you're visiting for Niagara Falls or looking for a place to stay while doing day trips to Canada.

We stayed for a week in July while visiting Niagara Falls. The location to the falls is great, only about 10-15 minutes away. The campground is really clean and very well maintained. The pool was great and they offered daily activities for kids. Our kids would have been fully entertained had we not left the campground. We would definitely stay here again.

This was definitely the most luxurious campground I think I’ve ever stayed in. We were in a tent site, which was set away from the trailers. It was so QUIET at night, which seems to be more and more difficult to find as a tent camper. The sites were spaced enough apart that they were more private. Just two groups of two. It was a quick walk to the bathroom, which felt like I was more at a friend’s cabin. The bathrooms were a sink and toilet side by side. The shower house was in a separate building that was a short walk. The shower was nicer than some 3-Star hotels even. Attached to the shower house was the laundry. That was okay. One dryer didn’t work well and the gasket on the washers had some mold. I cleaned it off before washing our clothes. It was fantastic to be able to wash and dry our clothes in the middle of our trip though! The pools felt like a resort and the activity center was fantastic. It was the perfect spot for my family, half who like to camp and the other half who prefer hotels.

We loved our experience at the resort! We rented a Standard plus cabin and a space for our RV. The view of the lake in the morning was just amazing!! Best way to wake up. The activities were really cool. We did a minigolf round and loved the Kayak as well. The washrooms were super clean and excellent usage. In the cabin the hot water runs out quickly, but the washrooms were a great shower experience. The store is great and has all the urgent needs that you may have. We went to go see Niagara Falls but honestly didn't even want to leave the resort for how cool it was. For the RV, they had everything we needed. And the Wifi was super helpful. Highly recommend this place to stay in!!

It's a great family campground. They had different events and activities for the kids and adults. The campground is clean and quiet. The cabins are cozy. The only part I didn't like is specifically regarding our cabin #8. Our grill was literally next to the bushes all the way in the back. Not only it's a fire hazard but if we wanted to throw something on the grill in the evening it's quite creepy. Definitely animals living there as at night we heard plenty of noises. Cabins don't have ANY cooking equipment or electronics except an air conditioner and a mini fridge so we couldn't cook during our stay at all. Make sure to bring a propane stove or something to set up outside. There is no heating in the cabin either so if you are coming during off season like we did bring a small electric heater. I think they should of at least had a mini microwave maybe a coffee pot in the cabins considering the asking price. This is by far the most I have spent for a cabin and we are regular campers. Outside of that the cabins are very cute and clean. Just have to make sure you are prepared. The campground does have a decent size store where you can get some essentials including food to cook. They offer paddle cart and kayak rentals as well.

An amazing resort. Everything is clean and well cared for. Plenty of activities for all. Easy sites to get in and plenty of space between them. Well stocked camp store with tons of neat items for kids and dogs. Just minutes from Buffalo and Niagara. Easy on/off to highway and stores just on the other side of the highway.

This is a beautiful campground with a quick 15-min access to Niagara Falls. The grounds are well maintained with easy in/out of each site. The sites are spacious. They have an incredible dog park with a VERY large fenced in lot to separate small and big dogs. We used the laundry facilities and they were very clean and new as well. I highly recommend this campground.

We loved the campground, my 4 kids (there ages range from 8 to 2) enjoyed the arts and crafts time. The pools where awesome. The staff was awesome, very friendly. The trash is picked up frequently. Two things to aware of, bring mosquito repellent and watch for yellow jackets. My wife unfortunately step on them and they got her foot a couple times. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.
