The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The RV spots are fairly flat/even, especially the ones nearest the office and the meeting place. Every week the activities change some. You can choose to keep to yourself or spend lots of time in the meeting place, swimming in the indoor pool, walking around the roads or taking in shows and restaurants in Branson.

Over all it's a great place to stay. Most of the staff were amazing, super friendly, and when my husband had to go to the hospital and I couldn't drive, a manager took me to get him after 11pm. But some staff would wave at a guy in a sports car and ignore others. The men can use a reminder to be friendly. And one of the men likes to stare at the girls in the pool.

For our yearly vacation, we chose Branson Ridge Resort, and it turned out to be one of our favorite Ocean Canyon properties yet. What really makes this resort stand out is its unique setting, nestled among the trees with beautiful, rugged terrain. The staff and fellow guests were all incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start. There’s always something going on, with a great variety of activities and events to enjoy. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything Branson has to offer. During our stay, we went kayaking, cliff jumping, and took a float trip, all within a 30 minute drive. It's also just minutes from the Branson Strip. Highly recommend checking it out if you're planning a trip to the area!

It's a nice place, doing some remodeling at the time. Its is close to Silver Dollar City, you can hear the train all day long, for me that's cool. The staff are very friendly.

The staff and management are so friendly and helpful. They are constantly working to maintain a safe, yet pretty park. When we pulled in and went to pick our spot, there had been crazy winds for a couple days. The manager had someone clear our spot before we parked, then the rest of the stay, they were maintaining all of the spots. They do make you feel like family!
