Close to groceries and a quick drive to the beach but honestly why even go there when you've got every amenity under the sun at this place! The sites are well kept & the park is gated. In the winter months the place fills up with Canadian snowbirds who create a magical atmosphere full of live music & dinner parties along with a social calendar bursting with lovely events like dance classes, poker, pool, various outdoor game tournaments (they literally have every game you can think of), bingo nights, etc. The atmosphere has always felt quite safe & peaceful. The front desk staff and maintenance team is courteous and always ready to help. The manager there is a class act and you can tell he really cares about the community.

I highly recommend Breezy Hill Resort to anyone who is looking for a place to put there RV. This is the best place, hands down, out of all the other RV Parks in this are and the whole South Florida area! Whether it's a weekend getaway or a 5 to 6 month stay (like I experienced), you will not be disappointed! The staff there is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and caring to not only myself, but anyone that I've seen them interact with. Ashleigh and the other gentleman (apologies for forgetting his name at the moment) at the front desk, these two people in particular are amazing at what they do! I have been going through a rough time living alone and being separated from my wife and kids this passed year. Anytime I have seen or spoken to them, they are always polite, go up and beyond their jobs customer service wise, always smiling, and are in a positive mood! The manager George and assistant manager Gail are also great employees. Let's not forget about there great maintenance staff! Who you can tell they truly care about their jobs because how well maintained the park is kept! This is a great team who care about there community and their tenants! Thank you all so much, to all of you guys at Breezy Hill Resort. You have made my stay extremely pleasant and I would be honored to come back soon!

Very nice people at the desk, especially the manager, George and the maintenance manager Reggie 2 amazing people to keep that part going and if you read the reviews and these Canadians that are so picky that they say it needs to be cleaned up that’s not true if anybody messes the park up it’s the Canadiens they keep the park. Very nice.

99% Canadian occupied, very clean original Florida rv park. All postings in park in French, as was everyone speaking here...in Florida? Good location, 2 pools; one heated at 90 and other not heated, but was ok for us. Rv sites are shared and our site had no room except a raised concrete walk on one side, 8'x14'. Billiards room w 6 tabled, laundry, one very small shower at rear bathroom. Shuffle board, horseshoes, bocce, Canadian bocce, lots to do if you know people. 1 mile to walmart, restauants everywhere. Would stay again, but short term.

I would go back to this place, is nice, I felt safe, there’s a strong community , in the contrary of what lots of reviews say people it’s been very nice to us during this stay! The pool is very warm and clean, in general lots of spaces for entertainment, my one complaint would be the laundry, its very dirty! I find it very rude to clean your pets stuff and then to leave it like the picture. In general i would recommend!

One of the worst RV parks in the country. This place is a parking lot, where each RV is 2ft from each other. The sewer in every spot is situated directly under the middle of the RV, so you have to crawl on your belly to hook up. Two of the staff members were extremely rude. To top off everything, they had printouts in another language and told me they did not have one in English. Avoid at all cost!!!

The people who work there are OK. The facility is so so the gate is broken. Often the area around it is terrible. There is gunshots and people living in the parking lot bordering the facility. There’s weird shenanigans where I call the police at the park just a block away when I was walking my dog.

I am amazed that the Florida community near this park hasn’t challenged the city or the county or even the state about how they allow these parks to fill up with 95% French Canadians. The people are absolutely rude! They take over the pools and the few amenities that the park actually has. There should be a limit on how long they can stay in this country and there should also be a limit to how many of them are in the parks. No more than 49% of them should be able to make reservations at a time. Give us Americans the right to have the park in English with French and Spanish words after their words. This park should be protested and the government should be on their case. Absolutely have been invaded again by the French and nobody is doing anything about it. Unbelievable!

Basically they put me in a overflow spot. Crowded and don't even have room to put a chair out or awning. Still $90 a night. Loud music (Bass thumping) after quiet hours and the foul language of the lyrics. Trailer was 50 yards from mine and with my windows and doors closed you could still hear and feel the bass.

It feels like a parking lot at this park. Some sites are in front of people's mobile homes. It's like you are parked in there driveway. It's mostly French canadanians that stay there all winter and for some reason they are not friendly. We are thousand trails members and they charged our account $495.00 for a week stay. We had to argue with them and call thousand trails because they tried to blame it on them. So we called thousand trails and stayed on the phone and had to go to the office to get them to refund us, he wouldn't come out of the office for 10 minutes and thousand trails agent had to tell.him to refund us. It was a hassle. Outside of the park there are lots of homeless people and one gentlemen was peeing on the sidewalk. The area didn't feel safe. We will never stay here again. I'm actually not that picky of a person but the way the park is set up I would hate to get a spot in front of someone house or there driveway. We met someone that had been there almost 6 months and they said they couldn't wait to leave once there 6 months was up. I couldn't believe he charged us then tried to deny it. This park is on our do not go list. The first spot we were at the sewer was underneath our travel trailer so my husband had to crawl on his knees and under the trailer to hook us up. Just beware of this place. We should have checked the reviews first before coming here.

First time here friendly staff and the park is very clean, most of the residents we met were pleasant. However the park is packed in tight. this is a trailer park turned rv rental spot the lots are tiny and not a lot of space for parking

First of we came in on a Sunday no one in the office had no one to help us. Finally someone who lives there showed us what to do. My first time to the pool I was greeted by a old naked French Canadian man, gross. And the activities they have seem to only cater to the French Canadians and not the Americans!!

They put us in row 500. The spot was 6 inches from a permanent trailer. $106/ night. Definitely not a great spot for that price. Pool looked nice. No shade. Electric was only 50amp on the site. Good thing we had an adapter.
