I was there to visit family. It is very clean, provides washer and dryer. I wish it had more for children to do and that the butterfly garden was planted with flowers

BEWARE WHEN BOOKING HERE!!! So thankful we called the day before our scheduled trip to verify. Emailed in March to make a reservation, someone emailed back saying “call me” and left a phone number. I called that day, spoke to Stephanie and made our reservation to come in on April 15, 2025 and stay through May11, 2025 for a shutdown at the mill nearby. Today when I call to verify, the lady that took our reservation, Stephanie, didn’t have our reservation written down, nor did she make an attempt to make things right after neglecting to write down the reservation. I told her I had definitely made it, as she’d told me on the day I made the reservation to “call 30 minutes before you get here” and she agreed she tells people that when they travel in. Again I told her “I scheduled with you in March” and her response was very bizarre stating “I had people call in April” as if that made any sense. This SAME EXACT SCENARIO happened to our friend Christina today as well, having made her reservation with Stephanie in March, it wasn’t written down, now the day before we are both due to come in, we are without an RV spot that was confirmed. We travel full time and typically have much more competent employees at other campgrounds thankfully. PLEASE PLEASE be careful when “booking” here!!

This is our 5th stay at Brewton RV park. Misty has always been warm, inviting, and so sweet every time we stay. She’s kind of like everyone’s grandma! She even made us crochet pot holders for Christmas. Just all around clean, quiet well maintained park. We’re from Texas, and we love nice people, and that’s exactly what you get at Brewton RV park. The definition of southern hospitality!

Though I wasn’t able to stay the night, I had a good experience at Brewton from reserving through the check-in process. Unfortunately, I was not able to stay (the park didn’t have a bathroom, and my RV was down for maintenance), and when I needed ti check out because of that, Misty from the office still gave me a full refund, no questions asked, or trouble (that kind of integrity, and kindness is sometimes unheard of!) I would still recommend this park for those local to the area, or travelers passing through; it’s clean, quiet, and easily accessed from the main road. Thank you for everything!

Did not stay at the RV park, however, the owner is extremely nice and easy to work with. We made a reservation and had to cancel. She did not run our CC in case we didn’t make it in. When we called to canceled, she was very nice and considerate.

Very pleased with our stay here for two nights. Clean, quiet and relaxed. Laundry facilities very clean and inexpensive. When visiting family in the area we will definitely stay again.
