It was clean, simple, and perfect for what I needed as I was attending a conference at Charis Bible College less than 10 minutes away. I will book again. Also bed was comfortable and supportive, and at night especially the area was very quiet.

Two friends and I stayed here for the Women Arise 2025 conference at Charis Bible College. We felt the tiny home was cozy and had what we needed to enjoy our time there! The beds were clean, and most of the rest of the home was too! There were not clean towels for the kitchen ... I believe they thought they were clean but when I opened the folded towels, some dirt and a small twig fell out. Upon arrival, we were uncertain of which cabin to enter, as they were not labeled in any way we could see. As we entered, I noticed there were four very janky lock plates on the door handle. It seemed to be a cheap way to fix whatever the issue was. Since there was a deadbolt, we felt safe enough to stay. So to sum it up, my recommendation would be to label the tiny homes in some way, either on the siding or on the porch. I would also say to fix the lock plates, rather than just doing a quick, cheap fix! Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would likely return!

We stayed in one of Bristlecones Tiny homes and our overall experience was 5 stars. The office staff were so kind and helpful. This was our first time in Colorado and not only were we in the most perfect location but they gave us such good recommendations on things to do. They also made breakfast for you every morning from 8am-10am in the office. We saw some deer walking around the campground which was really cute. I would 100% return for another visit.

We stayed at one of the cabins at Bristlecone Lodge from 9/28/25 - 10/2/25. It was a great experience! The cabin was clean and cozy. Staff was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the Waffle Breakfast each morning. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This tiny home is nestled in a homey little mountain park. Place is older and without a view but easy access to why we came.. Place was clean and provided all we needed. The upstairs has a very low ceiling and an 5’ 3 person unable to stand upright. The mirror in bathroom is set for a person less than 5’. Park was full of long term residents who are very charming. The roads are full of ruts and we had to creep through to avoid being jostled, probably from rain runoff. Staff were helpful. We will be returning next year, just staying in a different spot.. 😁

This tiny house was perfect for our visit. Very close to Woodland Park shopping etc. Being a tiny house - the bedroom is extremely small - which makes it hard to use the closet and built in cabinet. Hangers in the closet would be a nice addition.

The cottages are cost effective, quiet and clean. They have a very small kitchenette so eating will most likely be done while out and about. They also have coffee and breakfast for the guests. From what i saw, the RV side of things is kinda trashy, not well kept and a bit of an eye sore.

My goodness words cannot describe the amazing experience with humanity and hospitality I found in Christ. I give the glory to god who lead my path to this amazing place to stay and I can’t wait to take the rest of my family and friends for a summer vacation. Many blessings Christi for your special touch to all who come for a special place to stay. Many blessings Christi and stuff.

The walls are very thin and the 4 people next door were quite loud until after midnight. Since it was off season they should have put me in another cabin. They advertise breakfast, but they did not provide that until 8:00am and I had to leave by 7:30 so could not partake in the included breakfast. It was, however clean and quaint and close to major roads.

Christi and and the staff were super sweet and knowledgeable. We had an easy check in, adorable shared cabin space to dine, and check out. Tiny house was clean, stocked well and we did a few meals in. VERY cozy. Easy access to trails and the town of Woodland itself. We plan to visit back regularly.

Stayed here last night in a tiny cabin and it was fantastic! The people were so kind and it had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The park is very clean and they serve a waffle breakfast!! Good job Bristlecone and thanks for your hospitality.

Owner Ivan has been an absentee owner living in another state with Barb his cousin running the place into the ground they have been trying to sell the park for many years and caring less and less as time goes on as they near the sale of the park my hopes are the new owners and new management will revive this park to it's full potential some day soon! Many 5/5 reviews are people staying the weekend in the cabins unaware of the reality of this mismanaged business.

The so-called breakfast consisted of a waffle, or toast, or child size box of cereal, or child’s juice box! We were there 5 days and that was the choices every day of our stay! The lighting is TERRIBLE! Better bring some flashlights coz the rooms are very dark and the lights are dim Definitely NOT worth the money we had to spend!!!!!

Very lovely people, cozy room and close to everything (food, activities and more). For a one night stay it was absolutely perfect! Parking was a little tight, but overall it was beautiful.

The tiny cabin was a charming alternative to the standard hotel. I would have given 5 stars if there was air conditioning. I was told this year was unusually warm and it’s not often needed. Close to Charis Bible college and center of town. Try the waffles! Yummy.
