Stayed in cabin K7 for one night. Very cute campground! Staff were friendly, sites all looked nice. Dog park was big and off the beaten path which was nice for reactive dogs. Cabin itself was adorable, nice clean facilities and had everything we needed! My only complaint would be the mattress/bed. It was so unbelievably creaky, squeaky and uncomfortable. I felt bad for those sleeping in a tent next to the cabin as I'm sure they could hear the bed every time I rolled over in the night! Thanks for a nice stay!

Location is right off the freeway for quick, but not necessarily easy access if you are pulling a larger RV or have a smaller truck that might struggle up a hill in low speed. Almost got hit by a dominos delivery car taking the first turn into the neighborhood where the park is at. Check in was smooth and quick. Rv spot was pretty tight and uneven. So uneven and tight that our wheels were lifted off the ground and we had no where to move over and our stairs had to sit awkwardly on a hill. Tried to get to the mini store to get a few snacks and supplies when we first checked in, was before 5pm, and was quickly told they weren’t serving food anymore. Waited for someone to check us out at the store, no one ever helped even though they could clearly see is waiting to pay so we walked out empty handed. Getting out of the park was an adventure! A few guests had their vehicles parked in the main driveways so maneuvering around them was a challenge and it’s a pretty steep hill on the exit road. For reference we came in a 3500 dually pulling a 45ft toy hauler.

Wonderful stay and memories made! My family and I stayed with our German Shepherd in a cabin so my husband could coach an event in Kingsport. The cabin was clean, had fresh linens, cutlery, complimentary kureg with pods, cable TV and crisp AC. Our dog enjoyed socializing atthe camp K9 dog park and made lots of friends. Lightning quick firewood delivery. There was a TON of activities for my 6 year old. We enjoyed tie die shirt making, sand art, slip-n-slide, pool and of course the dance at the pavilion! I loved that we could get pizza delivered poolside from their cafe. The owners were kind and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in maintaining their property. I felt safe seeing security; they even stopped to ask if my daughter needed a bandaid after she fell in the driveway. I loved that most of the proceeds from the activities went to kids with cancer. We will definitely be back if we have to stay in the area again!

Tight fit in and out, gravel sites could use a good grading, clean bathrooms for the most part only thing was showers could use a little attention but usable. Lots of things for kids to do. They have two dog parks and a pool. Not a large KOA. Staff was kind and the owner was very nice.

I have stayed at a few KOA before and the Bristol/Kingsport KOA is by Far the best. The Owner and the Manager along with the staff were very helpful and friendly. The campground was clean. They escorted us to our site and explained all the details of the set up. We had a wonderful experience.

I stayed here for about a week, wonderful facility and lovely location. Kristina was quite helpful, and respectful, I needed a change in my reservation and she accommodated me without issue. Unfortunately she advised she was married but oh well.

Kristina was AMAZING!!!! My family and I had an issue where we just could not find a place to stay. Believe me when I say, "We called EVERYWHERE!" but, nothing was available. We called the Kingsport KOA and Kristina answered the phone, which, was lucky for us!!! She didn't have any spaces available when we called but she asked us to give her a chance to see what she could do. After a few minutes she called us back and was able to find a space for me and my family!!! We were so relieved!!! When we got there we were welcomed like family and treated all the same. We made sure to order from the cafe they have and we were not disappointed! Kristina went above and beyond to make sure we had a spot and that we were taken care of! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Kristina!! We look forward to visiting this area again soon and we will DEFINETLY be staying at the KOA in Kingsport when we do.

Let me first state the fact that I am writing this review should tell you how bad my experience was because it has to be REAL bad for me to write a review. I also reviewed on yelp and called KOA corporate. That’s how bad it was. As a small business owner myself, I don’t like writing bad reviews about other small businesses but I don’t feel bad at all about this one. This place needs a lesson in customer service. Christina, you need to work on your people skills. I’m sure she will respond on here with something I did wrong because my short experience with her tells me she doesn’t deal with reason. The only thing I did was give her alternative dates hoping (not demanding) they could work with me. The gist of it is that she had a hissy fit for no apparent reason, told me she was canceling my reservation and then hung up on me. We are full-time RVrs and had to find another place to stay on short notice. Can you imagine if they had an actual crisis instead of a reservation change? I wouldn’t want to be near this place. I don’t know anything about the campground itself but I have talked to management and they are awful.

This was a clean, neat place to camp. The staff was helpful and fast! We were so tired when we arrived it was a wonderful surprise to find the on site dinning! We ordered ribs and brisket with all the fix'ins--so tasty 😋😋😋

Super nice campground! I moved from a local state park to this KOA. I found their prices were very much in line with other campgrounds in this area. The state park sites wear tight, paved but un level no sewer and charged to dump. This KOA had relatively level gravel sites. All the campgrounds in the area have tight sites, hills and are pricey compared to other parts of the country, but the view and the service was amazing. Rhonda and her sister Christine were so helpful and friendly. A very nice camp store, cafe and bath house. Henry (I call him cowboy) will do anything to help a camper. If you need propane, just set your bottle out, he will fill and return it and put it on your bill. When you get home, there is a full bottle waiting. I wish I could give them 6 stars compared with some of the other campgrounds in the area. I look forward to staying with the beautifully people again.
