We had a single night stay and Jennifer & Tom were great. We had some issue with wifi access, but decided to grab a book and just relax. We will be back next weekend to follow the grandkids with their travel teams. See you on Friday! Site 20 was level and easy in and out with our 22’ Class B.

We have been here for several months on a job. From day one of being here Tom, Jen, and Alex have been so kind and helpful! We were out in the open field area during the blazing summer and we asked about moving spots to a more shady area and they got us moved asap. I had ants pestering me one day and Tom came and sprayed for me because my husband was at work. He literally dropped everything and was spraying within minutes! They also encouraged us to make our spot our own and feel free to add screened tents or whatever to make our place enjoyable. I made a cozy front porch sitting area that I will add in my pictures. I could really go on and on. I feel safe and at home here and will truly be sad when our job moves us!

Our truck broke down overnight on the way home from the beach. I nursed it and travel trailer to here and was able to get a spot for a few days while my truck was repaired. Tom and Jen are super helpful and attentive park owners. We were able to relax during a rough patch in our vacation, and they made us feel welcome. Their dedication and generosity to their visitors is unmatched. It was a peaceful, restful stay without having to stress over next steps. Thank you both so much!! Keep up the great work! (And we waved as we passed Georgetown!! 😀)

I can’t say enough about this campground. Quiet, safe, clean. Away from the city but close enough to drive to the city for work. I stayed here for 5 months working on a project in downtown Columbia. It was not a bad drive at all and I got to come home to country life. The staff are very nice and accommodating and work hard to make the campground a community. I have stayed in several different campgrounds, and I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review on this one. Highly recommended.

We currently live in the rv park. It has been a great experience! We plan on staying here awhile. The sites are shady parked under the beautiful trees giving more privacy, or there is another side of the park that is in the open if you prefer. They have a nice bathhouse to take a regular size shower 🤣 or your hubby goes out of town and forgets to fill the propane so you don’t run out of hot water. 🤭 I was able to get a shower and that is important for us gals 🤗 Another fab thing I love is, they hold Friday night games and Sat night karaoke… what’s so special about this you say? It gives the park a chance to come together and visit with each other while doing fun stuff and kiddos get to play on the playground together, also giving a chance for adults to meet their neighbors and make connections/friends. The park is run by super super nice people, Jen and her hubby. They are extremely accommodating and kind. There is also a laundry amenities and a food truck. We are lucky to have found this place. It’s a little off the beaten path from town (20)ish minutes But well worth it by far!!!

Not a bad campground for full timers. The staff are accommodating as long as you communicated what you were doing. They let us put Christmas lights on our camper which is very nice. One of the reasons why this is rated a four star instead of a five was just because of the location. 30 minutes to get to anywhere was kind of a pain but this is mostly due to the river and they’re only being a couple areas across it. Overall this Campground is good for full timing. We used the dog park but other than that we did not use any of the amenities such a shower house or laundry as we had that in our camper.

Love this campground!! It has been a quiet experience for us. We arrived in November and plan to pull out in June. It has been nice to see the management put in the work on a daily basis to make the campground a beautiful place to stay. We also feel like our safety matters as the management does daily and nightly rounds to ensure they know what is going on in the park.

USED TO BE a Great place to stay. However, new management is running it into the ground. Dog waste holders aren't emptied until they are overflowing. They just don't care about the appearance, and instilled absolutely ridiculous "rules" I'm glad I'm gone! And I'll NEVER be back.
