Won’t stay here again. Had site RV9. Not level for an ‘RV’ site. Bummer. A bit close to the highway though. Can hear transports using brakes all day and night as the speed limit is reduced to pass thru town. Oh, plus we were stuck beside a family where the parents were yelling at kids all the time. Seems clean enough. Newer 30amp and water hookup, which is good.

Township run campground, close to town. Payment is via the honour system. Was inexpensive with flush toilets and showers, however, starting to show its age. There are sites with water and power also. Cons: MOSQUITOS and Trucks that use engine brakes all the time.

Great little town campground just off the Trans Canada. Eight-minute walk to village, fixed-temperature HOT showers, motion-sensing lights, dump station. True asset for the town! I paid for a shower here a few years ago, and this evening got to visit Bruce Mines: restaurants, grocery, laundromat, copper mining museum.

Most of the sites are very level. They are a bit close together. The toilets and shower are rudimentary. The location is very fun - a quick walk into town with shops and restaurants and ice cream, and trails for exploring the historic mines makes this a unique destination.

Great location for one night stay as it’s right off the highway and no noise from the highway as traffic pretty much shuts down after dark. Well kept site except tons of mosquitoes. No sewer connections just in case if you miss during reservation. Recommend for overnight. No comments on bathrooms as we didn’t use them.
