We had a site for our trailer, only stayed two days. Spaces are very tight, first day there, the neighboring campsite backed into my trucks bumper. He let me know and it was scratched, not a big deal, only mentioned to show an example of the tight spaces. It can get loud with other campers playing music while playing games outside and you can hear traffic, trucks with Jake breaks coming down from Wolf Creek Pass.

We stayed a week here and it was very quiet, well maintained and the owners are very friendly .

Tucked away in a little valley, just 15 minutes outside of Pagosa Springs and only a half mile away from Treasure Falls, this gem of a campground had us in awe. The surrounding mountains are absolutely striking. Beautiful sites (ours was full hookups) amongst the trees and nature trails that wind around through three different spring-fed ponds... a great place to just enjoy nature. Outside the office were several hummingbird feeders and it was fun to watch the swarms of them playing and/or fighting with each other! There's a tetherball pole to get your heart pumping with a friend, and you can even chop your own wood if you like! 😃 Very chill place and the hosts were amazing. Highly recommended.

We LOVE this place! The campground is reminiscent of what camping and RVing should be…nature at its best. The sites are spacious with manicured grounds. It is owned and operated by the original owners. No corporate office here! You receive personal service and communication. Oh! Wolf Creek runs through the property, gorgeous! The three fishing ponds are beautiful! If you’re looking for the new corporate RV ā€œparking lotsā€ for your next vacation, don’t come here! This place will soothe your soul.

Very cramped RV campground, WiFi weak and campers can only use one appliance at a time. Bathrooms and Showers are clean but really old - like 50 years old. Several campers dogs ran loose and lots of long-term campers.

Came during the first year of the pandemic in a class b for a week and enjoyed it very much. Came back this Fall for a week in a cabin for another favorable experience.

I've been coming here since 1958. Beautiful mountains. Welcoming owners. Friendly guests. Heaven on earth.

Beautiful setting nestled in the San Juan Mountains, however with no reliable internet and no cell service it is not conducive to the way of the world now. Also, VERY restrictive pet policy not allowing you to even leave them in your trailer for a few hours unattended. Made things extra difficult when trying to plan things that are much more difficult with dogs. Nice family that owns it, but we won't be back for the reasons mentioned above.

Beyond Beautiful location by the river. Fishing ponds, fire pits, full RV hooks ups. Also Cabins. The owners are super nice and helpful. Verizon service 2 bars. 20-25 minutes from downtown P Springs and a pretty drive to PS. Less than a mile from the amazing Treasure Falls. Would stay there again.

A great getaway location! Tucked into a nice pocket below the highway gives it a great, convenient location however you don't really notice that you are close to the highway. The tent camp sites were very spacious and we'll maintained. Just a short walk to the showers and indoor plumbing. Everyone is so friendly here. Will definitely be back again!

In a beautiful woodsy valley surrounded by mountains, such friendly staff, conveniences like propane, liquid gas, ice, affordable laundry services, free wood that you can chop yourself for your fires, so many hummingbirds, elk calving viewing, clean bathrooms, showers, full hookups, playgrounds, Adirondack chairs to relax in, games and puzzles to borrow, right near a river, hikes straight from the campground, bikes for kids to borrow.... Just fabulous, all around excellent stay and want to return next year and stay for a month next time!! Nearby Pagosa Springs is charming with lots of interesting shops. Loved the whole area šŸ’š
