So peaceful here. We love it. Can't wait to keep seeing all the improvements and creating a community. Very well priced. Excellent views with breath taking sunsets.

Came and checked this place out over a month ago. It wasnt very well kept up but for the price, it was an option. Came back today because my job is putting me in that area. I could not believe the difference. There is obviously a change in management as it was so clean, and everything was mowed nice. When I called, the woman in the office was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Can't wait to get settled there. Keep up the great work.

This place is like its own little oasis. It’s very quiet, calm, and has BEAUTIFUL scenery. I love the ponds on the property and the vast amounts of land. Hoping to continue staying here for a long time!

We highly recommend Brushy Creek. My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Loft, a very nice little cabin B & B. The sunset view from the front porch was as good as a West Texas evening. When the sun went down we sat and viewed a night sky with more stars than I had seen in years. There are no city lights drowning out the stars. It was so quiet there we felt like we had stepped back in time. We are definitely going again. The manager was very friendly and more than accommodating. There are RV lots there and we visited with a few of the neighbors. Good people all around. Just a great weekend. There are no big stores close by so I do recommend you go with all you might need. It's about 8 or so miles from an actual grocery store. I don't do reviews. We feel that Brushy Creek deserves a 5 star rating, from 2 people who left happy!

Great place for long term or short term. Quiet. Gryphon is a great manager and always willing to help make things comfortable for the tenants. I have been there almost 4 years and recommend this place for a quiet country stay.
