We couldn't get into Ruby's during our trip to Bryce so we decided to give you a try. Customer service was great. The only complaint we have is the RVs are faced the wrong direction. The way they are faced you can't sit outside because of the afternoon sun. Too hot. Awning in trailers don't even help. You can't turn the RV the other way because the hookups are at the back of the sight. We left a few days early because you just enjoy the nice weather. We were able to get a few days at Rubys do we took it. We lost 3 days but it was worth it.

This is a great little RV Park. We stay three night earlier this month and loved it. The people at the front were all friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Only 15 minutes from the gates to Bryce Canyon amd not near as busy as the RV parks rogth outside the gates. They have a nice pool and great little town too. We will be staying here again.

We stayed at this spot in early May during a trip to Bryce. I will warn you that they’re about 20 min drive from the NP. If you’re looking for something closer, try Rubys. There are about 10 RV spots in the middle of the hotel/motel parking lot with gravel in your spot and a very small area with either astroturf or dying grass. Not like the pics you see with green grass next to every spot. No dog park. Bathrooms were very clean, and they have an outdoor sink which is nice. Laundry room is currently under construction so we had to go down the street to use the laundry mat. That really should’ve been disclosed on their website. They have a small BBQ restaurant on site that has live music which was really cool, and why I gave it 4 ⭐️.

RV's are definitely second class citizens in this hotel. The slots are rough gravel, not even or well levelled. the "grass" next to your door is astroturf and there is barely enough width for a picnic table, and there was a broken charcoal grill parked there. During our stay they were doing construction which is understandable if we had been told about it, but not amusing when cement pouring trucks are parked 5 feet from your head and start working at 6:30 in the morning, and dump trucks drive in and out using the slot next to us as an access road. The management was not at all responsive to our concerns and actually stated that since we were the only ones to complain, it must not have been that bad. Would not recommend simply based on their attitude. Oh and internet sucked, they don't have enough bandwidth to serve all their customers.

We loved our stay here! The pool and hot tub were great temperatures even though the weather was a bit chilly here at the beginning of the season. My kids played in those for hours and hours. We also spent hours at a large outdoor chess set they have, and enjoyed the firepit down near the restaurant. Each site had a table and grill. Bathroom and shower house was not heated, but were very clean and nicely finished, right next to the sites. The location of the hookups at the very end of the site was a little odd, but didn't bother us much. Our bumper pull is 30' when we extend it out, and we had plenty of room for our truck in front of it. We didn't have any cell service anywhere in town, and the wifi wasn't amazing, but it was decent enough. Gas station next door had a great selection of food and souvenirs, and there was a laundromat and great pizza next to that, so the location was great.
