Stayed a week - location is perfect to access Bryce, Zion and other areas of interest. Campground sadly is deteriorating (looks absolutely nothing like the website photos). Class A sites are not level but could be with a bit of gravel. Sticks, twigs and debris everywhere and grassy areas barely mowed/trimmed. Office posted to be open 8-8 and Labor Day weekend and other times throughout our stay the office was close with no note on the door and no answer to either the general or emergency phone number. On a positive note, our check- in experience with Marty was fabulous. She provided ton of information on unique places to go in the area that we never would have found on travel websites. We understand this campsite is family owned for 40 years - apparently the owners are either tired or just sucking the life out of this beautiful spot before they retire or sell. Very sad.

Very rude staff. The campsite looked nothing like the pictures. Pool was dirty. Misleading booking leading us to believe we had sewers. They had the mow the grass before we could even park our trailer. The hosts couldn’t make simple accommodations. They asked us to turn our trailer around and one family member was still sleeping. We told them that we would flip it around later. About two hours later they called the cops on us to make us turn it around. The cop was super nice and told the hosts that he couldn’t do anything about it. All of this resulted in the host flipping our family off in front of a 14 year old kid.

Terrible. We drove into this campground and thought we had made a mistake. It looked nothing like the photos. There was garbage in the sites. We had to wait for our site to be mowed before we could go, the staff were not only rude, but totally unaccommodating for anyone with extra needs. It went from bad to worse. We ended up leaving and went to Bauer’s RV, 8 minutes down the road (amazing!!). Just a few things that were unacceptable: *Small spaces, the picnic benches were unusable because of the sharp incline *pool that was brown. Great for kids that don’t care, but not the relaxing pool they post online. Also, it’s across the street *lack of maintenance…trash in the sites, overgrown grass *terrible owner and workers. Rude. Appalling. Refused to make easy accommodations (all other sites we’ve been to have been great) *tried to enforce rules that weren’t posted, and when we didn’t follow the ridiculous unposted rules, they called the sheriff on us! *smelled like poop. Cute horses, but we could smell the poop. This would have been tolerable, had the staff not been so awful and terrible. *bathrooms are closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day. Again, would be tolerable if they weren’t so awful! I’ve never been treated so poorly. Do not go here. Go to Bauer’s RV, down the road. Photos from the site, and a photo of the owner flipping us off. With my kids present. Just terrible.

Nice Shady camp spots large mature trees. Well kept and very friendly staff, even the horses were great! Bathrooms nice and clean. Didn't care for shower set up water flowing between different showers, used my RV shower instead. What absolutely stay there again / recommend to family and friends.

We stayed here in June of 2024. We rented one of the cabins. It was perfect for the three of us! We were exploring and doing hiking in Zion, and although it's a little drive away, the drive is beautiful and goes by fast. The pool is awesome, the showers are super clean, and the lady working was very helpful and kind. If we ever come back to this area we will definitely be staying here.

Great location between parks, Kanab. Road noise 24 hours. Grounds ill kept-tall grass, utilities present but run over, pool not opened, cafe not opened. Showers/bathrooms seem recently renovated, nice hot water but not cleaned over busy memorial weekend. Laundry facilities great! Gruff owners, desk clerk. Would recommend for short stay over enroute to Zion or Bryce. We booked a longer stay and stuck it out.

Well maintained campground with excellent laundry facilities (cheap too!) and clean bathrooms/showers. We went over Memorial Day so it was very busy, but the proprietor was lovely and accommodating. The views were great, with a horse pasture and friendly horses on one side and a beautiful rock formation on the other side. We tent camped so I can’t speak to the hookups for RVs, but we would come back!

We cut are trip short .No pool or cafe. Grass over grown .Sites are poor too . Walk out my camper door picnic table on top the poopy pipe.See below.I would of thought being Memorial Day Weekend they would at least have the grass cut and a place prepped. Couldn't walk dog in dog bark cuz the grass was so high I afraid of snakes.

Was disappointed with this campground. Sites were very tight and weeds and grass were up to my calf. Neighbors septic was on my site next to our picnic table. On their brochure, it said to beware of snakes. However, It was located well between Bryce and Zion. Pool was broke and cafe was closed. Here a day before the Memorial Day weekend began. Planned to be here thru the weekend. Left early.

A little rough, but the RV gravel space was level. They also have cabins and tent spaces. The store didn't have much in stock, but maybe because they had just opened the day before. We were about a half hour drive from Bryce and Zion, with some cool little towns in between.
