Great place to stop while passing through. The exterior grounds are beautifully maintained, and the sites are spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The WiFi connection was reliable throughout our stay, which was a big plus. My only suggestions would be for the showers and laundry area. The showers, though clean and roomy, could use better ventilation—an exhaust fan would make a big difference as they tend to get a bit steamy and damp. A small bench or shelf inside would also be helpful, since there are only two hooks and no dry spot to set toiletries. The laundry room could also benefit from a little extra cleaning attention. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. The town is small, quiet, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stopover. 4.5 stars!

We stayed here during Labor Day weekend. The cabin was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Some of the other concerns reviewers mentioned did not happen for us- long time for water to get hot in shower (did not happen), hear loud mining trucks (didn't hear that many). We mostly had the windows closed and used the A/C which worked well for us. Maybe they were on vacation due to labor day weekend, though we did notice/hear a few when we were outside. We also opted for the cabin not along the main roadside, which could make the differene. This place was conveniently located to all the activities in the Swell we wanted to go to. The customer service was also great for the few requests we had. We'd stay here again.

The park, has some amenities, but the batting cadges were old, and at least a third of the time did not work. Seems more hyped up then it really was and this is not a resort. Clean showers, and overall kept up grounds.

The staff was very accommodating. We needed a repair done and they came right over and took care of it for us. We held our family reunion here and our family really enjoyed the resort. It was central to the activities that we did. It was a very pleasant location and some of our people are even considering it for a weekend getaway.

Heads up this park is at the intersection of two highways in a mining area where trucks run back and forth all day. The park was populated with construction workers that got up and left at 5am (so much for quite time) we even had a car alarm go off in the park at 5:15 am for most of a minute. The park is clean but the layout is weird. The tree and table that goes with the pull through site is so far from the utilities it's unusable. Also look out for the old "our website has not been updated trick" Then website says checking is 1pm to 8pm. After you pay online you recieve a communication stating checking is 3pm to 6pm. They also have the 10 dollar site lock scam. Park is showing a little age... sunny side of cabins need stain and gravel needs to be swept from concrete pads and raked. Bathroom dirty, upcleaned. I thinknthe staff.may be taking advantage of the owners.

This was the most wonderful place to stay during our trip with our family. It had something for everyone at any age. The cabins were so amazing and was beyond what I expected. They had everything ready and perfectly clean for us, and they had the cabin full of everything you could possible need. I loved all the game areas they had for us to utilize, we had so much fun! Thank you so much, cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful RV park- very clean and new, amenities were perfect and clean. The owners/managers were the most accommodating as we had to juggle our reservation a little due to a solar panel install in town- they made it so easy. They have corn hole, tennis, nice clean dog runs and BATTING CAGES! Efficient laundry too- machines were quick and got us out of there fast. 10/10 would recommend

New RV Park with great little cabins you can rent as well. Very friendly and fun place. Also has batting cages, pickle ball, corn hole. We would definitely return.

We stayed at a cabin and had a wonderful time. Cabins have a good layout, are warm and pleasant, basic kitchen equipment was provided along with towels and sheets. Great place at a great location to explore the amazing landscape around. The only time my daughters cried is when we left

This RV park was top notch. Very clean. Very well stocked/set up. Everything seemed brand new. The layout of it is excellent. Lots of space and pull thru spots! Also, there was a CRAZY wind storm the last night of my stay and it continued until well in the next day. I was really nervous to drive but knew when check out time was. They let me stay later until the wind died down and it was much appreciated and made my life much easier (and safer!). 10/10 recommend!
