This is my new favorite camping spot! The new management is truly amazing. Christy and Ron treat you like family the minute you arrive. They offer events and fun for the whole family. Even free treats!! Halloween was extra special with a band and lots of food. The bathrooms are top notch, the campsites are roomy, and love the security gates to keep ppl out. 10/10 would recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

We stayed here over Halloween and had a great time! The park hosts are very nice and helpful and the park is really clean and well organized. They have a nice playground for kids, big sites so you don't feel like you are camping too close to your neighbor, and it's close enough to everything without being in the traffic. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This is a great little campground! Property managers were so nice and helpful. Sites were nice size, grounds are well kept, bathrooms/showers were extremely nice and clean, and campground was very quiet. They were hosting some great activities for Halloween while we were there. I definitely recommend staying here!

I can’t say enough good things about this campground. It’s a small campground with big amenities. The host, Kristi, is friendly and accessible even showing us where to find her in off hours. There are fun activities like bingo and rock painting. The bathrooms are fantastic. There are several individual rooms that all have a shower, sink, and toilet. The office has coffee and grab and go snacks. The pool looks great and when it’s warm enough to swim you can watch TV from the pool! Everything was clean and well maintained.

We stayed on site #12 for the weekend. We have two kids and we all loved this campground. It has great amenities, the kids were never bored. The bath house was very clean. I personally (being in a wheelchair) liked that the handicap shower was actually a roll in shower. They had activities planned for everyone in the campground almost every night. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Excellent little campground. We loved how it was all self sufficient. We will definitely be back. We camp with a group of up to 7 campers and their pavilion with all the amenities is amazing. You don’t see that at all you big high dollar campgrounds. I’m sure when they get the pool up and running it will be even better. The only suggestion I would make is a playground for the kids.

If you just want to park your RV and visit local attractions, I guess this might work. No bathhouse for RVers, pool not finished, lots of road and airport noise. Owners don't recommend swimming in the river that runs along the RV sites.

Great RV Park quiet and super friendly staff. I love that you can kayak here and it's included in your stay. Will be back for sure.

Second time staying here and we love it. We always get the double size site next to the river. Very quiet campground and in a great location. Easy access to the interstate and quick back roads to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Any way you can avoid driving the whole Parkway is a good thing!!! New host seems very nice and campground is all paved and clean.
