Whether you are pulling in with a luxury motorhome or a traditional travel trailer, the park provides a welcoming environment for all types of rigs.
Location & Surroundings
Situated in Buena, NJ, the park is strategically positioned away from the urban sprawl while remaining accessible to major coastal hubs. The landscape is characterized by towering pine trees and level terrain typical of the South Jersey region. Its location provides a tranquil buffer from the busy Jersey Shore traffic, yet it serves as an ideal basecamp for travelers who want to explore both the historic Pine Barrens and the vibrant nearby cities. The surrounding rural roads make for a scenic and easy drive for larger recreational vehicles.

The facility is well-equipped for long-term stays and weekend getaways alike. Guests have access to three swimming pools and a popular water slide, alongside a private lake featuring a sandy beach area for sunbathing. For those who enjoy active play, the park includes mini-golf courses and various sports courts for basketball and tennis. Essential services are also covered with a well-stocked general store, full hookup sites capable of accommodating various rig sizes, and modern laundry facilities designed for guest convenience.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Beyond the campground borders, visitors are within a short drive of the Atlantic City Boardwalk, known for its entertainment, casinos, and dining. Families often visit Storybook Land or head to the beaches of Ocean City for a day by the ocean. For a slower pace, the surrounding area features several acclaimed local wineries and championship golf courses. Nature enthusiasts will also find ample opportunities for hiking and birdwatching in the nearby state forests, offering a diverse range of activities that cater to all interests.
Who This Park Is Best For
This park is an excellent choice for active families who prioritize on-site entertainment and a lively social environment. It is particularly well-suited for RVers traveling with children who will appreciate the multiple pools and organized weekend events. While it accommodates big rigs comfortably, the park's atmosphere is most rewarding for those looking for a multi-day vacation destination rather than a quiet, secluded retreat. It is the ideal spot for travelers who want the amenities of a resort with the charm of the New Jersey woods.

I can't say enough good things. One thing that stands out though, is when I checked in, I told them it was our first trip with our new camper, and asked if they could give me a site that wouldn't be too bad to back into due to my inexperience. Not only did they give me an easy site to get into, one of the maintenance guys went with me, and helped guide me in and made sure I was OK setting up. I will definitely be returning.

Very friendly and well kept campground. It doesn't have the "in the woods" feeling of staying in a state forest, or the amenities of an upscale campground, but it isn't trying to be either of those things. They are a nice, small, quiet campground with a nice pool, lake, and a few events each weekend. Not too expensive either. We love it for a nice time away with the kids and absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to camp.

This campground has changed over the years and it's better than it was throughout the years new owners are so sweet and kind, and maintenance is working their hardest to update the campground
