Terrible service. Was told part of campground was not operable. Tried sites they said we're fine, but no water. Found multiple 'fine' sites with no water. Was told they will send someone to 'check on the problem' but no one came. Will stay next time in the National Park campground, which we drove through and found was much nicer, even without hookups.

Fisher person’s campground. Level sites for keeping your boat trailer attached for early and late arrivals at the lake. Picnic tables and tent pads at most sites. Small patches of shade for children and pets. Great cement pads for checking your gear inventory. Bathrooms have water and fish cleaning stations. No showers here but shower building is close to the gas/fuel station and boat inspection location. Under $50 per night. Pay after entering the park and telling the ranger you are not staying at Stanton. Restaurant is delicious if you don’t have a camp kitchen or tent camping skills.

Bullfrog campground is nice but can get quite busy on weekends. The bathrooms & dish washing stations are clean. It will be very hot during summer with only some shady sites. It's just sad the water level is low but still beautiful.

The RV loop with hookups is terrible. The regular campground is pretty nice but it is lacking maintenance. Fees have increased and services have not. Restrooms were filthy and out of TP for 3+ days even though they were marked as cleaned and stocked. I actually heard the employees commenting they were out of TP but they didn’t have any in their van, come on…. Drive the van back and get some. It took a few days but they finally filled it. Another 3 days with TP before someone actual cleaned the toilets (halfway). Recycle bins were overflowing even though the sign says they are collected and sorted daily . The Aramark contract should be reviewed and an alternative should be considered. A camp host per loop seems like the best option. Now the marina quagga decontamination efforts are ridiculous. Employees all but refuse to second boats leaving lake Powell. It’s 50/50 whether they will actually do it. This trip they said the dunk tank was drained. I told them I intended to use my boat again soon and they gave me a card with places to get it done. All the while, their older equipment sat there ready to be used but no one doing it . They are all but guaranteeing the spread of quagga because many people will lie and most won’t go out of their way to get decontaminated after leaving. It’s ridiculous to have boats leaving without getting a hot water rinse. Charge $30-$40 more per boat entrance fee if needed. I would do it myself if they would let me. That said I love lake Powell and will be back .

We went to this campsite over the weekend and stayed on the side without hook-ups, we had a couple of trailers and tents, and a boat. The sites are okay, there are some trees, clean bathrooms. Four stars though, as they raised prices from $20 for these no hook up spots last year to $45 per night, more that double in 12 months! You can't find any rates information on their website, so misleading and just not cool. The lake is beautiful of course.
