Great service and great location in my opinion. Close to Flagler beach, nice area overall, lots of room. Pool looked nice although I didn't use it. Very quiet at night. Very large amount of space per site.

This is Not resort. Its a campground. Sites are grass and dirt. Resorts have paved sites and maintained. They need to get the standard up. People that live there year round. Need to clean up there sites. They have the potential to be a nice resort if they clean up the trashy sites and pave the rv sites. Start put money in to the park.

Not much to offer. They have removed the little store next to the pool, no playground for the kids. The basketball court is all cracked and grass growing through the concrete and back board is broken and hoop just hanging there. No summer activities planned to interest kids. My family use to go here every summer and have a mini reunion and all of the kids would spend hours at the playground and arcade room that is now only located in the bar area that isn’t always open. I was disappointed in this trip as we’ve tried to allow our young teenage boys see what a real childhood was like. This has turned into a retired community camp area for long term elderly people.

Ignore any reviews over 2 months old! We watched a bunch of reviews that claimed this place was terrible, but made a reservation after watching one from 2 months ago that said it was improving, We booked a short stay. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this resort! Reservation and check in was simple and check in staff very polite and friendly. Sites are spacious and clean. Greg the maintenance guy is really nice and helpful. Enjoyed it so much we booked a much longer stay before we left. Ignore anything negative, this place has become a nice place to go.

I stayed in a little cabin 2 cottage like it's got 5 of them lined up in a row. It's got a pool , 3 or 4 showers, and 1 has shower bench, and the showers and bathrooms are located near pool. And it's also has a lot of spots for RV's and pull along campers and a very beautiful place to stay, and security people patrolling the camp site area. No one boughters anyone.
