This place is properly clean, the amenities are great for the family, and the social areas are amazing. The price point is fair for what they offer, and they had short notice space. This is totally our new go-to place when we are staying in Vancouver. It's also great because its close to everything, but still feels like camping.

My husband and I recently attended a large convention in Vancouver, and I was glad I booked our spot at Burnaby Cariboo RV Resort well in advance. The resort was conveniently located near a bus stop with easy access to the SkyTrain. One of the highlights was the beautiful hiking trail at the entrance, where I enjoyed riding my e-trike. The resort offered transit day passes for sale at the front desk, making it easy to get around. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well-maintained, with good water pressure. We appreciated the sundeck by the pool, where we socialized with friends, and enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Additional amenities included an RV wash and a well-stocked camp store. With full hookups and excellent facilities, I highly recommend Burnaby Cariboo RV Resort for anyone visiting Vancouver.

Asked for a good site for a 40 ft rig we have been here several times before . They gave us #145 . What a disaster ! Check out the photos to see what I mean . They need to trim the bushes ! Talked to them at office and they had nothing but excuses . We are here to see elderly family so we won’t actually be here much which is the only saving grace . 8 inches between my slide and bushes on one side and have to go through neighbors on other side and duck down to get to picnic table . Those bushes at back are bare roots twigs and dammit they hurt ! Ridiculous I thought the price was good and now I know why ! Sadly there isn’t many places to stay in this location but I will NOT stay at #145 again ! And you shouldn’t either

Pros and Cons: Pros: Rv park is very clean, washrooms, laundry, showers. Close to hwy (hear noise), can take sky train to downtown Vancouver. Cons: many spaces are very tight. We had a closed motorcycle trailer and we were not allowed to park it on our site. Had to park it against the wall in visitor parking so could not get easy access to the motorcycles. Hear fleet train going by day and night, loud. Staff appear stressed and are not very friendly. The campground is European style (small and well maintained, but barely any outdoor sitting space. No fires allowed.
