Welcome to the Burney Falls / Hat Creek KOA!
The new Burney Falls/Hat Creek KOA Holiday is conveniently located between Burney Falls Memorial State Park and Lassen National Forest. This peaceful and shady campground is the perfect spot in Northern California to spend quality time with your family and friends. The KOA has plenty of Pull-Thru RV Sites and Back-In RV Sites, all with full water, sewer, and electrical hookups. There is also a well-stocked camp store complete with RV supplies and ice cream. Park activities include bicycle rentals, horseshoes, a great playground, and much more. There is a three-acre pond where campers can enjoy feeding the ducks and geese. Gorgeous sites along the pond... perfect location between Burney Falls and Lassen. Highly recommend

Most amazing staff ever! We broke down on our last day of a three-week road trip. We were able to get a pull through site and the staff was so nice. A couple of the men even helped my husband for hours trying to get our hitch taken off the king pin. Completely above and beyond. The area is also beautiful and wooded and much cooler than the valley. We were just meant to extend our vacation and stay here for the weekend.

This is a peaceful and beautiful campground. Lots of shade and generous sites. HOWEVER... They close the restrooms for cleaning from 8:45-9:45am, which is like the most inconvenient time ever, right in the middle of the scramble to get packed up and checked out. Every morning I had to wake my daughter and make sure she didn't have to pee before the restrooms closed. Who wants to have to wake someone for that on vacation?!?! Why they don't clean them at 1pm like every other KOA, I'll never know. And add insult to injury, one morning at 8:15 the women's restroom was completely out of TP! This was such an inconvenience, I wouldn't come back, even though in every other way this was a great campground.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the bathrooms were clean and showers were huge and hot! Wifi worked great throughout the campground. Trash was picked up regularly and never built up or smelled, amenities were maintained well even on a busy Memorial Weekend. The kids loved riding their bikes and feeding the goats. Already booked our sites for next year!
