It was peaceful and tranquil; basically no traffic. Fish literally jumping out the water every few seconds, turtles floating, and squirrels crawling around. It is unkept and run down; make no mistake there. Trash thrown around and it could be a lot cleaner but it’s still beautiful. It just needs major upkeep

it’s just a bunch of picnic tables w/a cool playground for the little ones. whoever keeps it up, just gave up maintaining the back half of the park.

The park does not have working bathrooms. It is very run down. Looks like it could be an awesome place to camp if it had some improvements made. The play area is nice. The bathroom are really critical. We would've stayed longer, left early due to 4 and 3 year old needing to go potty. However, the grandkids loved it. Picnic area is large. Will need to bring a grill. We did not fish. There was a boat ramp there we seen being used. Plenty of parking to accommodate boat and trailer. We did go walking and enjoyed the views. Bridges were beautiful. The trail was fairly flat and not challenging. Seen several different birds. Bring sunscreen, water, and bug spray. Ticks and mosquitoes were plentiful.

Only the front of the park is open it's gated off half way water to shallow and very weedy at the boat ramp for fishing , bathrooms locked up so go before you come girls .

Caught one fish and the Gators ran us off lol. Was neat to see but unexpected. We.re new here =)
