I made an appointment over a week in advance to visit the dealership and look at a used camper I was interested in buying. I was coming from Georgia so I made arrangements to arrive the afternoon before my and stay at a local.hotel in order to make my 8am appointment.. I recieved a call.the day I was traveling to the dealership from Mickie who was not the original.salesman I made my appointment with . I was told I needed to be there at 8am due to them having four other clients coming in that morning. I told him I hadnt even seen the camper yet and I wasnt purchasing the camper without looking it over. He then told me if I made it in that afternoon before five we could see the camper if not I needed to arrive by 730 no later than 745 the next morning if I wanted to look at the unit. The entire deal felt rushed and hurried. The next morning when we arrived the paperwork was another rush not alot of explanation. When we went out to do the final walk thru with the representative he was very inexperienced about the unit. When I asked about the wifi extender he started looking around and said that unit didnt have one . I told him the switch was on the control panel with the wifi login and password instructions above the switch. We never saw Mickie again and met Don the original.salesma. I had been dealing the past week. The only thing positive I can about the entire experience were the installers that helped connect the hitch, and wire up the backup camera. They were very nice and helpful. .

We purchased a Jay Feather from Burton and had an excellent experience from Sales to Service. No arm-twisting, they answered all our questions, honest answers. Everyone from Bob to Mickey to Sean (Service) -- we highly recommend them!

Very pleased with this company thus far. Purchased a new travel trailer back in the summer of 2020. They were very professional throughout the process. Explained that we would have things that could possibly need fixed after using the unit. After almost a year only small issues have come up. Took my trailer in back in April. They told me to make a list of concerns as it would be covered under warranty. Mathew and Jeremy took care of my list. When it was time to pick up the unit they had it set up upon my arrival and walked me through everything. Very impressed with Burton Campers thus far. Chris Lakey

We drove five hours one way to purchase a Jayco travel trailer. Had searched and found the layout we wanted. All week long we had made contact with the finance department over the details and she never mentioned requiring an arbitration agreement to be signed before purchase. Upon arrival, were were presented with an arbitration agreement and we refused to sign the arbitration agreement and the owner said it was a requirement to do business with them. Apparently, the owner thought any warranty issues for the travel trailer and anything at all would be sent to binding arbitration. The finance manager said “they had always done business that way” to somehow justify the document. I don’t think the owner or finance mgr even understands the arbitration agreement they presented for signature to customers to sign. The whole experience felt bad. In any event, we left and will take our business elsewhere.
