We stayed in a one room cabin for a weekend in October and it was darling! It had everything we needed. We ordered firewood and they delivered it to our cabin and the staff was friendly although we had to wait on someone a while when we went to check in. The amenities could use a little upgrade as they were a bit run down. Over all we would stay again! We had a wonderful time.

We have been camping there the last few years during the Halloween festive weekend. It has always been a good time for all of us. My only complaint is the camper spot #28 electrical box caught fire a couple years ago and is still not fixed. That is bad customer service and business. Understandable that it wasn't fixed right after it happened at the end of the camping year but not fixed a year later. We were nice enough this year to help out a fellow camper to hook up an extension cord to put electrical hook up that was on the spot but if it doesn't work they should not be using the spot at all til it's repaired. Waiting for multiple years to fix it is just very poor customer service. To be honest I believe I was generous to even give a 3 star rating. I'm sure will go back next year because it is a great time with family and friends but if I do show back up and it is still not fixed I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN.

We tent camped overnight here. The front desk staff moved our site so we could be better accommodated. The new site was perfect for tent camping. The bathrooms were also very clean.

We stayed here in mid September. This is more of a mobile home Koa than campground. Most sites look to be year round or permanent. The amenities were lack luster for a KOA. The swingset was missing half of the pieces, sandbox full of weeds, mini golf that hasn’t been cleaned off in years, and that’s about it. The pond was good for catching frogs. The office was closed 5 out of the 6 times we tried to come in and when we did it smelled of cat urine. The bathrooms were cleaned even if outdated. Lots of items plugged in by the sinks near water in family bathrooms. The site we had was clean and kept up. Overall very underwhelming esp if you have kids. I would recommend staying at the state campground before camping here.

My daughter camped at KOA outside of Butler. Her cabin was beautiful and her stay was awesome. Everyone enjoyed their time and space space. Including those of us whom visited. KOA offers great entities and clean environment.

Campground was clean and easily accessible from 95. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Well maintained. Would be five starts bit the tent area proximity to the road was a little close for my liking. Still would go back again.

I came here for a long weekend with a group of families and we had a very nice time. This park is reasonably priced for a KOA and has lots of amenities like a heated outdoor pool, volleyball, playground, horseshoes, decent bathrooms, Pavilion area, basketball court, free mini golf, laundry Center on site. I really appreciated that the camp store had a nice selection of products that were not overpriced. The staff at the store were very pleasant and helpful and anytime we bought something big like ice or firewood they would deliver it to our site with a golf cart. They had themed weekend activities which a lot of the kids took part in and enjoyed, including crafts, a movie, and a fire truck ride. We also really enjoyed all the walking trails through the woods and around the Two Lakes there. They have fishing although we did not partake in it. The sites were spacious and a lot had some tree cover which is always nice. I chose this park for our group outing because of the price, the amenities, and the fact that they do not have a limit on how many tents you can have on a site like a lot of campgrounds do. The biggest negative was that the game room, which was listed on the website and on the park map, was permanently closed. It rained for 2 days of our trip and we were hoping the kids could hang out in the game room during the inclement weather. Despite that I would stay here again because of all the other positives.

Overall a good experience. The staff seemed very nice.. Our campsite was awesome. We were back in a corner and it was so quiet. The pool was really nice and clean. The walking trails are great. There are trash cans everywhere which was extremely helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the mini golf course is pretty rundown and the store wasnt always opened during the day. Otherwise a decent place

We had the absolute best time at this campground! The owners and staff are the sweetest. They genuinely care that their guests have the best possible stay. Lisa, Courtney, the manager (her name slips my mind), Tom, the maintenance guys - they all treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everything was clean. Quiet hours are respected by guests, even on Memorial Day weekend! The holiday activities they plan are perfect - a hay ride, really neat crafts, a live trumpet player for the Memorial Day ceremony, fishing derby, for hole tournament. The camp store is perfect as well. They have a little bit of everything just in case. The pool is heated which was neat for the kids this chilly weekend! And the mini golf course was so fun! We can’t say enough! If you have young kiddos like we do (ages 2-6) I would recommend staying at the cabins across from the playground in order to keep a close eye on them 👍🏻 The cabins are the best! They’re small but perfect for a place to rest your head! If you’re looking for a smaller, family-friendly campground with amazing staff, you have to visit Butler/Mohican KOA! -The Becks
