Well kept park with big mounds you have to pull your rv up ( low Riggs with jacks beware ) and zero room to roll awnings. This is not a family friendly environment at all. Upon arrival received a lecture about children and a 20 line items page about dogs. Belittling memorandums posted in the office and bulletin board. I would think with the age group of this park ( baby boomers ) this verbiage would not be tolerated. I found it appalling that management would condone such rubbish. Keep rolling if you have a choice and especially if you have children don’t expose them to such a negative atmosphere.

A nice RV Park. We stay a few years back and some friends came to town and they stayed here. They enjoyed their stay as much as we did when we last stayed. The people were very nice and the place was well maintained.

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean park. Great staff and good area in this small town. The only thing to grump about is the listed WiFi is privately provided and you have to pay for all but the slowest limited option. Great place, would come back.

Very nice small park. We have stayed a number of times when traveling I10. Yes the trains run by a few city blocks away. (Seems that pretty standard in the I 10 corridor). Clean, well organized, groceries and all necessary services very close. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The resort is a very close-knit elderly community with mostly longer term people residing here. This is not a typical long-term park though, because all the RVs are well taken care of and the sites are very neat and well kept. The park has some great amenities; a pool, jacuzzi, dog walk areas, clubhouse, pool, laundry, pickle ball court and an observatory. Just remember that they will not run observatory night if it's cloudy, rainy, or windy. We did get to see the deep skies on observatory night, and the host was very knowledgable and fun to talk to. The ladies is the office are good at what they do and are also very nice. The resort allows mail, and it was awesome to get some things while here. The only reason I gave it just 4 stars is because the sites are so very close together. So much so that most awnings can not be used, and we were looking at other peoples' windows all the time and had no privacy unless we closed all the shades. This made the stay itself unpleasant. The resort is also close to train tracks, so don't plant to get much sleep if you're not used to trains. I believe the resort is one of the nicest in the area. If you don't want to stare into someones window, I would suggest staying at the resort north of here for the same price. Otherwise, this is a good stopover if you like the amenities and don't mind the close proximity to others.
