Pros: Wooded sites, trails Cons: Loud rowdy drunk adults throughout, small sites, campground filled with golf carts speeding throughout, tons of dogs barking all day & night, more of a family campground with lots of kids running around. Been here a few of times. Definitely not for a camper who’d prefer peace and the sounds of nature. Also, sites are small and on top of each other, each time I’ve been there I’ve had smokers next to me and had to breathe their cigarette smoke instead of fresh air. Seems many campers use bright lights with no consideration for neighbors leaving them on all night.

To say this place is amazing would be an understatement. From the grounds to the family activities we had fun from the time we came to the time we left. Everyone is so friendly from the other sites- no awkward conversations to be had, everyone who comes here loves it and seems to come back every year. We hope to be one of those families. I highly recommend booking a cabin (if you don't want to sleep in a tent). The communal bathrooms/showers are so incredibly clean I was very impressed. Overall it was quiet, peaceful, a great place for families and I can't wait to come back next year. Thanks Butterfly Camping Resort!!! 🦋🦋🧡🧡🧡

With the exception of the wifi signal, everything was great. The owners are awesome, the seasonal campers that we met were very nice to us knowing that we were only there for the week. We highly recommend visiting the campground for a week if not longer.

We just stayed in a deluxe cabin last week and we were very happy with the accomodations. The cabin was clean and nicely set up. The grounds and amenities are well kept. The owners and staff are very freindly, polite and helpful. The location was very convenient for us to the local jewish community. We have stayed here years ago and was happy then and happy now. I would highly recommend this camp ground. We'll be back

If you are looking for a campground with genuine owners, this is for you! My husband and I were camping under a unique situation and everyone could not have been more accommodating! We were selected to adopt an infant in the NICU at a local hospital. They let us drop our trailer and told us to spend time with our son. We had no idea how long we would be staying and they were so understanding and kind. Our 5 year old loved the pool, play ground and mini golf! The store is very nice and all the amenities are clean. We can’t wait to make camping at Butterfly Campground a regular trip for us! I will forever be grateful for the kindness.
