Buttonwood Bay RV Resort (Age Restricted 55+)

I booked & paid for a premium site for a Saturday night. I arrived at the office at 3 pm to find it locked and no one around. There was no packet for me in the outside rack. I called the phone number on my campspot reservation. The person who answered the phone was not on site, but looked up my name and gave me my four digit site number. The 1st problem is the sites are marked by street name and a two digit number. After searching in vain for a half hour I finally found a group of residents that were very helpful. One of them contacted a maintenance man who was able to decode site 3320 to Flounder St. site 8. 2nd problem: this site is Not a premium site like I was charged for, so I had to squeeze my 41 ft Class into a regular small site. I do want to clarify that all of the residents I met were friendly and went out of their way to try to be helpful.
