I am Lisa and I have lived here at BB for 6 yrs now 3 on the dark side , 3 yrs on tv side and I have never been happier. The office staff Mikayla, Trina, Jonathan are absolutely very very helpful . The grounds crew do a great job! The housekeepers do a fantastic job! My Motto here is BB a place to make great friends and never feel alone. I think everyone should def check out our sunsets down by the Lake! This is my lil piece of Paradise! Thanks for all you do!

We booked a cottage! We were highly satisfied! Very clean almost like new! There was PLENTY of space! The park is beautiful with tons of amenities! Bocce ball, horseshoes, lake, two pools, billiards, and so much more! There is never a dull moment! The residents have activities planned weekly! The residents here are very welcoming and treat you like family! The manager was great and answered all of our questions and catered to help our needs! We loved it here! Ask for Johnathan!

CAMPER BEWARE Seahorse 9. All week resident behind us was doing construction 8am til 7ish at night. Had to go find the owner of a truck that was parked on site. Was told its been yrs no one rented the site we were on. All people around us were shocked to see someone there. Wonderful monthly campers and those we met in resort. You must read carefully the reservation info. I was overcharged 18 dollars more per night says avg. $ 41 . When I added to cart it said 41.00 I was charged 59.70 per night. Shame on me I realized it when it hit my bank.

I'm a visiting nurse and every patient that I have seen in this community really seem to love it. People all seem friendly and happy and wave to you. They all seem to look out for each other. Seems like a nice place to retire.

Nice staff, perfect location near the beach, fantastic facilities. I love this place. The only downfall is you cannot book online and have to call. Other than that this place rocks.
