This is a wonderful camping place for both individuals or groups. Our church camped here a few times. washrooms are nearby and clean. The campsite is huge and beautiful. Cars can be parked right on our site. We enjoyed our morning walks, worship, fishing, groups activities, campfire. Beaches are close by, though we had to drive.

This is a nice park but the service inside isn't so good. We pay to enter per person and you pay again for the pool. I don't mind paying but I need to see that our money is getting out into making this park accessible to visitors so they have access to clean bathrooms, nice looking picnic tables but none of that was at this park. The bathrooms were closed for renovations and they had the portable ones that smelled so bad and flies were all over it. Picnic tables were so old and over used. No place to put the charcoal once we were done bbqing.

Went camping here with friends last week. We were 11 people and we booked 2 camp sites by the river in the Willows area. There was an extra fee ($34 for 2 nights) for an extra car (only 1 car was included in the fee per camp site). It was not too crowded during our time. We had a pleasant experience. The washrooms were regularly cleaned. Dogs are allowed. We also went on a short stroll on the hiking trail. Ice and firewood were also available. Overall, it was a fun time camping. Will definitely go back here.

Went on a long camping trip last year with my friends, everything was pretty good, services were relatively easily accessible, and bathrooms and showers were mostly clean. I would most definitely bring enough bottled water with you though. I would not want to drink the water around here. Something seemed off. The campground was nice apart from the amount of rocks in the dirt which made it hard to put up a tent on our site. and relatively private. Everyone was also relatively quiet and respectful.

Stayed here for a week of tent camping. Had a lovely and scenic campsite located right on the Grand River. Facilities were very well-maintained, the showers are small but clean and had plenty of hot water. The washrooms were clean and modern. There were other campers nearby but not too close; it’s a friendly place but we still felt we had some privacy to relax. It seems like a really good “family” place and the atmosphere was great. Lots of nice big trees for shade. There are playground facilities for children and a swimming pool (we didn’t use it but it looked pretty nice). The staff were really great; they were super friendly and helpful. After we arrived, we saw another campsite that looked more interesting and they were able to switch our location quickly. Everyone we met was very kind and professional. Great people working hard here. Definitely worth a look if you want a quiet and beautiful getaway. It’s not far from Dunnville (the closest town) which has plenty of little stores for groceries and supplies.
