Very quiet, quaint and cozy RV Park. There are mostly permanent residents that perform a neighborhood watch to ensure all goes smoothly. Kid friendly, country setting.

This place is for the most part a great little place to stay. We have been here I believe it's going on 3 months now and everyone who stays here is so very kind and helpful. When my husband goes out of town they are all open to helping me if I run into any problems while he is gone. It's a small rv park but it's clean and nobody has had any issues with theft so that's always a great thing!!! The owner owns this place and an apartment complex and a trailer park too. i'm not too sure where the trailer park is, but I know that the apartment are about 10 minutes down the road and they look like they are also very nice and clean. At the Rv Park, each site can get a lockbox mailbox. It's the kind like the post office has They are located at the RV PARK entrance. The park has a front section and a back section. Both sections have a circle drive and by the front entrance we have a dumpster to dispose all garbage in. And there is a shower stall located right between the front and back section. It kinda looks like a little out-house. Everyone seems to mind their own business for the most part and It's super quiet at night. Most who stay here are long term which I like bc It make it feel more like home and like everyone out here is family. Super nice tenants!!!

I hate giving bad reviews but this one is required. When you arrive you have to call and you’re given your rv spot. We were given #4. Entire place is not very level. But we were able to work with that. When we started hooking up, we discovered no power. Now when I tried to call, NO ANSWER. Called over and over with just hang ups. When I was able to leave a message about no power or new location, I asked for an adjustment in our rate. We got no phone call, email, text- nothing. Very poor customer service. Steer clear

This is a good place to rest. Although you can still hear traffic, it’s quite peaceful and lots of trees around. Very sparse amenities (water, electricity, and sewerage) - but worth the price for what’s offered. The site was a bit dirty though (trash) and fixtures look old. People seem to park anywhere. I went out for a few hours and came back early evening and cars were parked in my spot. Fortunately my cables were long and I was able to get around them to plug up for the night. I also went to leave one morning and found a car parked in front of my RV. I guess people are living at this park. Check-in is completed online. No check-in or check-out times were provided. When I arrived I tried to call the number provided and also the one on the sign, but no one answered either number. I didn’t leave a message, but no one returned any of my calls either. I don’t know how you would go if you arrived and someone was in your spot. Seems like it could be run a lot better. I’m giving one star for the amenities and one for the location.
