This camp ground is wonderful to stay at. It's small, but that is one of the best parts about it. It has a fenced-in dog park, cornhole boards, a community firepit, and other stuff to enjoy, too. It's close enough to town that you can go out to dinner without going too far, and there is a nice, clean Circle K right next door if you need something in a pinch. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and will even answer any questions you have should you need to find where to buy an item you forgot to pack. Michelle was great and incredibly friendly! We love it here!

Cleanest and best maintained campgrounds that I've ever been to! Albert works hard to keep the campgrounds looking amazing and Michelle is very professional, friendly, and helpful! The campground site are very spacious, level, and quiet. On site shower house, laundry, and propane! Community fire pit and a basketball goal to enjoy! You won't be sorry for choosing this place!

Park right on highway and beside busy gas station, so pretty busy and rather loud, but all said and done, we enjoyed the park and staff. Rain every day and poor drainage made for a muddy area below the RV, causing stabilizing blocks to sink more than an inch below the surface…. Can’t fight Mother Nature, though. All said and done, great park and would stay here again when visiting kids and grands!

I have lived here since February of 2024. The staff here is awesome and are very quick to take care of my needs whether it is getting my propane or keeping the grounds clear of leaves and pine straw. Recently trees have been cut back and it looks great. Thanks Michelle and Albert for all your hard work here at Cabin creek campground.

My wife and I stayed at Cabin Creek while we were visiting our son, the campground was very clean and well maintained. Michelle called the day of our check in to confirm our ETA and left our paperwork for us along with her number incase we needed anything as we were arriving after hours. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Full timer. Nice, quiet, convenient location. Manager, Michelle, is awesome. The only negative we've experienced is, due to construction in the area, the water is randomly turned off.

CONSTRUCTION WORK BUT STILL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY! You can’t beat the price as I’m sure it’s because of the construction. Stayed at far worse for more $$!!! Dog friendly. Staff very nice. Stayed here over Christmas 2021. Gave only 3 ⭐️ because we weren’t told about all the construction until the day we arrived. Plus- there was no mini golf as it says in their website. There wasn’t very much in the way of ‘walking trails’ either and I think I walked through someone’s back yard lol. A few signs would be great to know where the property line is 😉. Was a bit disappointed there was so much construction noise but, it is what it is and I’m an early riser anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️. Our son is stationed at New River and it was amazing to be so close to him for the holidays ☺️. It’s a given that there’s road noise from hwy 17… it’s ON hwy 17 🙄. There are pull through lots (we have a 40’ 5th wheel). The lots are level and the grounds are clean (with acception of the construction). Easy access to New River/Johnson/Geiger which was the main reason we stayed there. I enjoyed our stay and I would absolutely stay again regardless of the construction. 🙂
