Do not put a deposit on a spot unless you will for sure use it, I lost $400 and I have never even been to the rv park, was hoping to get back some of my deposit, but no just screw the people from out of town and take their money

I called to get information and the woman answering the phone was rude and very short with me. She wouldn't even let me complete my question. That explains the rating of 3.5

Nice place, nice owners. Most campers have been there quite a while; vacancies are few and far between. The owners are really nice and live on site.

We just needed a place for the night. Melisa had one spot left and saved it for us with no card info, etc. Very helpful. The park was clean, clean! Office was spic and span. Spot was gravel, not concrete, but it was fresh, clean gravel, with no dirt to get on your feet. Looks like the spot we stayed in (# 22) had all new hookups. Not one thing to complain about. Residents there seemed happy, and were courteous. No loud noises. We’ll try to make it back.

DONT STAY HERE!!! Wish we would have read all of the reviews, definitly wouldn't have stayed. My partner is a vet and is a crane operator. He stayed here hoping to be closer to his next job. He was called to a job with minimal time to get there. I had been stuck in Colorado while fixing the truck to tow our RV. My partner headed out to Iowa and left the RV. He had left his card on file to be charged weekly as the the employee at the time said they could do that. Then I received a phone call about a week later from the woman that runs this place, just as rude as you could imagine. She claimed they don't don't do cards on file. She claimed we abandoned our RV there, mind you it's a 2019 Jayco, she called the cops and had a hold put on our RV, contacted the bank for our credit card and told us that we were pulling fraud as the card wasn't ours. I tried to tell her I was trying to help alleviate the situation as I had never been on their premises and that she didn't need to be rude to me... didn't stop her horrible attitude. Once my truck was completed I called to let her know when I would be there to pick it up and man oh man I cannot believe that someone who owns or runs a business could be so horrible to someone that wasnt even at fault for anything not to mention how she treated a vet?! I tried to get her to be somewhat polite as I didn't deserve to be treated that way, no one does!, and she absolutely refused! She wouldn't charge us a weekly rate said we were only allowed to pay daily. Military discount is for active military with ID only! We were told if we leave, our camper goes with us. She also went and turned off our power, which we were paying for at our daily rate. Now I have empty propane tanks, mold in my freeze and a bunch of bad food in my fridge. When I paid my last day I tried to use the bathroom and was told it didn't work. This place is an absolute joke! The woman that runs it is just a terrible, uncaring, non understanding, rude wrench of a person. She will make your life absolutely miserable if she doesn't like what you are doing. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go. Yea the office is nice and the spots may be level, in some places not ours, but trust me when I tell you. Your better off having a longer drive then staying here. I have enough stress then to have someone I'm paying treat me like I'm a POS.
