Garbage. Spend your money elsewhere. The place is an absolute dump and they had a low hanging tree that busted my roof and skylights out when I came in. Let alone there is no good way of getting any large camper in there. People are outside all night long mething it up

I live here, pack in too tightly for my taste, some residents are a pain but that what happens when you have such a tight community and allow some drug issues to flurrish and continue and the sheriff is refusing to do anything about it

Started out good very good nice people. Left about 6 days into my month stay. Was told I would get a refund for the days I didn’t stay. Total was $395.00 for the month received a $95.00 dollar refund and no one will explain how 6 days cost $300.00 dollars. Placed calls to the owner multiple times no call back and will not answer text messages. Please beware of this nice people till it’s time to get a refund.

Quiet place to park your rv and work. I've had zero issues and I'm a woman living alone. Management is easy to work with and responsive to any issues. Has laundry mat thats reasonable and a basic shower to use. Nothing fancy but functional.

Dont ever stay here!!!! We booked hoping to stay 3 months, showed up and didn't even last a week do to all the illegal activity that was happening in the park Called the owner and she said "totally understand, so sorry to see you leave, of course I'll give you a partial refund" as I paid for a full month in advance. 3 months later she is acting as if she never met us, refusing to refund us any money and is basically a slum lord. Please stay clear for your safety!
