Been coming here now for 5 years. Perfect location for biking the incredible Pinellas Trail as well as easy access to multiple beaches including scenic ride to Clearwater Beach through Dunedin. Great restaurants in area. Very nice pool. Have already made reservations for next year!

We will not be returning to this park. The website pictures were not at all reflective of the actual park itself. They showed the 3 best things they had to offer but that's it. This is a park where people live year around with a few open spaces for rental. The facility is in bad need of repair. The bathrooms are filthy as well as the laundry services. Numerous cracks in the pavement throughout the park. When we checked in around 3:30pm and had a few questions, someone did return our call promptly however his tone was that of someone that didn't want to be bothered. The park is also not cheap by any means. Upon investigation of nearby parks we discovered 3 that were 10x what this place was and for very similar pricing. Do you research before you stay here. You'll be glad you did!

I gave it 4 starts because the Wi-Fi was really bad. You think a place that big have a good Wi-Fi but didn't. It was awful bad. We got bored. It was cold and we couldn't go to the pool, even though that have a heat, but still. You get out of the pool and get out and catch a pneumonia. Other than that, was good. Really quiet. We talk to some neighbor, but other than that, that's it. I'll recommend it for a short period of time.

Nice little park. Most seamed to be living there and very kind people. Pool was awesome with two large shade shelters. There is an ice cream parlor in the same maybe shared parking lot. We have the best site. It was Paved with a grill, gas fire pit, and a swing. Picnic tables were resin and very durable.

We stayed at the Caladesi RV park for 2 months and really enjoyed our stay. We drove our golf cart to the local restaurants, and visited several near by beaches. The RV park is in a fantastic location nestled between several small towns with all different experiences. The RV park and pool were kept clean, and the staff took care of any issue we had in a timely manner. I can be picky at times and sometimes expect a lot so I was pleasantly surprised. I also was relieved that there were not 100 rules that can sometimes dampen the fun. This RV park did not disappoint!! If you are on the fence you should go for it.
