I paid for 3 nights at the tent sights by the pond. Straight forward and simple. My things were left alone. The residents themselves were quiet. Bathrooms are generally clean. This is largely an rv park full of perminent and long term residents. Not what I would call a campground. It is also DIRECTLY on the freeway and is EXTREMELY LOUD at night. Unless you have ear plugs, you will be listening to airbrakes, accidents, sirens ect all night. It's really only suited for something with solid walls around you. This is a bad place for tenting. The tent sights themselves were littered with many dozens of cigarette butt's, discarded metal wires, wrappers and glass. Make sure to wear very durable shoes. This was not cleaned up before our arrival and all the tent sights by the pond were like this. At a glance it looks fine, until your in the sight and look down. I found lines and hooks by the shore as well. Do not play in this water. Lots of ducks as well, if your not a fan of thier noise, don't tent here. Extreme night noise, and trash aside, it is a decent establishment. Everyone was kind. The bathrooms are code locked and heated at night. But the bathrooms doors don't close. They have large gaps that leave you exposed. There's a slide chain for the door but it's not securely attached and is far too loose to serve any purpose. A good yank would rip it out of the frame on all of them. (Women's bathrooms, idk about the mens) There is a sewage smell coming from behind the building. Ill be looking elsewhere for tenting options.

I love it here, it's like camping every day with family, Everyone in the office and the the maintenance people are awesome 👍🏼 They are all kind and very nice compared to other places I've lived. Everything is clean and odor free compared to other places.

Love this place!!! Great customer service, kind, polite, and caring. They always leave a smile on my face, and the matanince guys are so awesome too! The views are sweet and very affordable to stay short or long-term. I truly love it here and thankfully blessed to be surrounded by nice, kind, and respectful neighbors! 100% would recommend 👌

I'm currently a renter here great place very cheap for rent and power. Power is the only utility that you are required to pay, rent is in the $300 range depending on your space. free fishing included if you are a resident of the park. The owner is a great guy he will take care of any of the problems you might be experiencing at your stay of this wonderful park. They offer tent and trailer camping, and there are a few houses on the park that can be rented as well. There are a few things you need to check with them first though before you come to the park so be sure to call before you come down. Other than that it is a great place to visit camp or rent

I think this looks like a good place to live if you had to live in the camper and I do, I keep coming by? I'm on a waiting list not sure how long the VA list is but I have an older camper so it is may be longer ? I am hoping to find out more today. It's quiet peaceful and well kept. 😊 you can have pets and there is a laundrymat. There are a lot of spaces here it looks like they've even added on an addition to this place I'm not sure if it's completed or not but it looks like there's a whole bunch of room for more campers soon, a lot more.🤨

Its a great spot for RV camping but if you're tent camping it leaves much to be desired. The sites are super close together and very crowded. Overall everyone is mostly quiet and respectful. There is a ton of highway noise since it is right off the interstate. The 24 hour showers and bathrooms are a huge plus, they have potable water available and the laundry facilities are reasonable. Id recommend it for people looking for quick easy camping with access to amenities.
