This is a RV & mobile home park with mini-homes to rent or own. An over 55 community with pickleball courts, a short golf course, and the multiple mineral spa/pools that each vary in temperature. Lots to do and a very clean facility. RV sites are large and clean, with concrete slabs and patio furniture supplied. Nearby to Palm Springs and Indio with dining options as well as other entertainment. The Palm Springs tram is a great day trip. We have stayed here twice in the winter and enjoyed it! Summertime might be a bit rough as desert temps are above 100 degrees... Great place!

Just stayed a 2nd time this time in a rental last time our RV, it was wonderful! Love the views, love the mineral pools, love waking up to golf course & birds singing, fish swimming in the ponds...quiet sleep. The rental was beautiful, fully stocked with all you need except food you bring. They provided coffee & tea. Bathroom had everything just bring your toothbrush! Can't wait to return & purchase a home here to retire! Realtor Marty Jelmberg is awesome! If you love the desert you'll love Caliente Springs!

We stayed at this park May 15 - May 27, 2025 due to having RV trouble we had to wait for parks to arrive. We were staying at Thousand Trails Palm Springs but that park closed for the summer. We arrived at Caliente spring to check in employee did not have time to give us directions just handed us the paper work and said off you go. Well I got turned around ended up exiting the park and had to start all over. Site was wonderful very level, great electric, water and sewer. Went to the pool there was a game of volleyball going on in one side of pool and a few people on the other side. We got one of the hot tubs there was a man in there tired to chat with him but he did not chat back instead got out of hot tubs and went to pool. After a while I got in the pool floated around felt very uncomfortable since others just keep looking at us. I did talk to another gentleman. You could tell mostly full timers very clicke. Laundry could be cleaner, plus lots of them were not working Called the office to ask a question person answering phone did not k ow the answer said she would get back to us. Next day manager called and said if we read the paperwork she faves the answer was on the second page. Ouch. We had read it but it was a phone number to a propane company we were looking for and missed it in all the other numbers listed. Beautiful park but did not feel welcomed and staff not friendly. I really felt someone should have escorted us to our site. Most of the parks we stay at do this privately owned or not.

Nice place. The shower rooms could use some work but the pool area is very nice

We have really enjoyed our stay. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Pools are great. Lots of amenities we haven’t tried yet but if you want to golf, play tennis or pickle ball, take part in other activities it’s all here for you. And it’s only 20 minutes from Palm Springs.

This resort is located in Desert Edge near Desert Hot Springs. A wonderful place to stay. The mineral hot springs pools are great. There is a large cooler pool also besides the 4 hot ones. The staff is super nice, especially Wendy, Brent, and Kira.

I have been coming to Caliente’s for four years now. I Find the pools exceptionally clean the washrooms as well. It is a nice welcoming resort with Lots activities. We especially like the yoga, Tai-Chi, and card games. This year I met Brent and Kirsten at the front desk, they were especially helpful and seem to really care. They also made my check in the very easy.

I've been a resident for almost a year, and I want to say that the young couple who work in the office, Brent and Kristen, are a wonderful addition. They're both friendly, professional, and upbeat. Must not forget Miriam. She's always smiling in the mail room. ❤️

Nice RV sites. Sewer located way in the back so had to go buy an extension so it would reach. We noticed other rigs have 2-3 sewer hoses hooked together. But otherwise, nice views and well maintained sites.

We have stayed at this location a couple times. Absolutely beautiful place. Sites are gravel but have paver patios and grass. Also have a wonderful dog park! One side for small dogs and one for large. Property was immaculate. Spring pools looked so awesome. We didn’t swim but there were many people out enjoying them. They had just been flooded so the gym was closed the first time we were there. The second time it was open. Small but clean. Great laundry area. People were super nice! Definitely would stay there again!

Very nice park, with standard, deluxe, and premium sites. We had a deluxe site that was reasonably priced and very nice. The pools were very nice and kept very clean. Several hot tubs and they are supplied by a natural hot springs. Friendly staff and lots of activities. Highly recommend this park.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at this resort in Desert Hot Springs in our Travel Trailer. We found it relaxing, clean, quiet and peaceful. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and helpful. The grounds were well maintained. The spaces were large and level. Loved the hot spring tubs!

Nice little friendly oasis out in the desert. Really liked the ease of backing my RV into the spot, even though it was on a left-hand corner. It was very welcome at night, but boy-oh-boy that sun is BRIGHT during the day. Sad part of the RV-area it's on front side of the property towards the main street and at night it was somewhat noisy for the bar/salon/gas station whatever was across the street. Only when you were outside and given it was Saturday night. But liked the place overall. Cute community.
