After having a deck boat reserved for Memorial Day over a month in advance, they called us the week prior and told us that the reservation was no longer available and has been cancelled. They made no attempt to fix the issue or offer any concessions. Barely even apologetic. We have rented a boat here every year for the last 3 years and will never return.

Had a great time visiting Lake Mead! The parking lot is a ways up from the dock and the walk can be quite strenuous if it weren't for the amazing gentlemen riding up and down in golf carts offering everyone rides to and from the parking lot and the dock! Thank you to those amazing men driving throughout the day in the heat, we appreciate it!

The website has one price, but they do not honor that price when you call. I was quoted $1000 more per night than what the website shows. After several attempts to try to get the staff to see the prices on their website, they just argued til I gave up. They claimed they were old prices from a previous company but that there is no other website to be looking at. So then honor the prices on your website! Oh wait, she couldn't even find the chart on their website that I was looking at. Ugh When I asked about a handicap accessible houseboat, they informed me they rent them out to anyone, regardless of whether they actually need the ADA accomodations. Update- changed from 1 star to 3. Chad called me back and was very helpful. Maybe when he gets some new staff at the marina it will be a place to go. I just cant validate the expense being worth the risk of not having a good time after my personal experience on the phone and the reviews of other people since new management. Good luck Chad. You seem like a nice guy who knows the business but I'm not splurging thousands for a 50th birthday if I don't have confidence in your marina staff.

Had a houseboat rented 8 months in advance and they call the day before and say houseboat is down. Like I said planned for 8 months, with people coming in from every where. Their cancelation policy states 72 before departure you must cancel other wise you don't get a full refund. But they can cancel within 36 hours and can give me a refund. He'll I have family driving from east coast that left 2 days ago now nothing. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
