Been going here for 26 years with a group of camping friends. The park always amazes us with its beauty. The staff are top notch

We spent 3 nights in our fifth wheel in an electric only site. Sites in the north campground were spacious & most had great views of the lake. Our site was grassy & well shaded. On Saturday, they hosted a camp site Halloween decorating contest & trick or treating for the kids. Camp hosts were active & visible. We enjoyed walking our dog on the many trails.

First time camping here. It suited our needs well--it was less than an hour from home, our campsite was just feet from Lake Winnebago, there were plenty of spots to walk, hike and sit. Being retired, we typically camp Monday-Thursday; it's quieter and more relaxing. Arriving, we found we were in a string of 6 or 7 campers; yet, everyone was so respectful, just waving or nodding as they walked past our site. I recommend Calumet County Park to anyone who wants a quick getaway.

Have been coming here for over 10 years. Initially enjoyed their tent sites with electricity and water. Loved the toilets and showers on-site. This year, we stayed at their new cabins. They still had the fresh wood smell when we walked in. The park is clean, and the office has a small convenience store within it. Unlike many other visitor locations we've been to, these guys were not price gouging, which we really appreciated. The kids had a blast fishing, making a camp fire, and even dipping their feet in Lake Winnebago. We made a trip to Hich Cliff State Park which is 15 min away to hike and rent their kayaks. Will definitely be back, and would recommend to family and friends who enjoy the outdoors.

A scenic park on Lake Winnebago. Most of the campsites have at least some view of the lake, which I liked. The sites weren't particularly large and some of the bigger units out there might not fit in very well. The showers were pay (which I don't like), there was no temperature adjustment and it took at least 2 minutes for the water to get warm enough to even get in. The temperature never did get hot enough for my comfort. The ice cream they sell was delicious. I'd probably come back and stay again despite the showers.
